Palace Chine in Leeds

Just been been booked over a week got my contact number can't be arsed to call me they are shut as no staff due to covid 40 mile round trip no wonder your closing down at the end of May if you have booked I would forget for they can't be arsed is it a fact that your staff have left for good that's why your not open scumbags

We regularly order take away from this Chinese. Their food is amazing. Crispy chilli beef is insanely tasty! Highly recommend! Service is good and professional, can’t wait to go next weekend to eat

We love this place. It is by far our favourite restaurant to eat out. Food is always fresh and lovely and the staff friendly and extremely polite, however...We have unfortunately experienced an extremely unpleasant clashing between some customers and the Manager. I must admit, they were extremely rude, arogant and patronising towards the staff which is enough to make someone go bolistic but the manager handled the situation extremely badly. I understand they probably deal with people like those on regular basis which can build up but the way the whole thing was handled was extreme and is definitely not something you wish to witness when you are out enjoying a meal.Never had issues at China Palace but maybe it is because we treat the staff with the respect they need and it is a shame that there are people out there who give the Brits a bad name.

Food is awesome. Freshly cooked from the menu Instead of a buffet style, order as much as you like so long as you eat it. Quick service and a great price too. Always busy so you need to book in

Discusted , booked table for two , turned up with no mask as wasn't aware till we got there you needed one (genuine mistake) or would've taken and worn one without any problem whatsoever ,, asked the women if she had any , but she didn't answer , she found our booking but said our phone number didn't match the one for booking , all while making it obvious she was hiding the number , very rude and harsh not even had the manners to be nice about it . I refuse to be rude so politely left and will never return again. Happy not to give them my custom.

Absolutely fuming 😡 they have just made my 82 year dad stand outside because he was a little hot. Told to take his coat off to cool down. Going a bit to extreme over covid, wouldn’t mind but restrictions have lifted.

Great Chinese restaurant. Buffet, but everything is made to order and brought to table instead of food sat under heat lamps, like most other Chinese buffet style restaurants. Staff very pleasant, polite and attentive.

Excellent place! I live on a small island, and the Chinese restaurants offer the sole vegetarian choice of stir-fried veg. This place has a whole column of veggie stuff on the menu. We went for the all you can eat option and all the things I tried were really well done.Nice ambience and great food. Loved it.

Family party on a Saturday night, eat as much as you like for £16.95.The food was quite good.The service was very efficient, mainly because they had another booking for 7.30pm, we were the 5pm booking.Overall a good evening.

I would never ever eat at this restaurant again.The manager is up there with the rudest people I have met in my life. Although I attempted to stay civil, he would not listen to reason, he was aggressive, extremely rude, a little crazy and could have put himself and others in danger with his actions had I not kept my temper at bay.I would advise never to eat at this restaurant until this person has been removed the staff. He does not know what customer service means!
