Pitza Cano in Leeds

Ordered pizza, only to be notified they couldnt deliver, it took them 30 mins to send that message. Really appalling service, very dissatisfied

Food was 55 minutes late. Twice I contacted the restaurant and twice was told it had already left the restaurant and would be with me in 5-10minutes, rather than just admitting they were behind.It was only a donner kebab so pretty much zero prep time. No excuses for the delay and zero excuses for the lying

I have ordered tonight for delivery and asked for extera jalapenos on my pizza, one drink and 2 sauces. As I was their regular customer I wasn't expected to receive such a bad food. The pizza was cold, they didn't put the jalapenos as well, they forget the drink and sauces. I called the shop and ask please send them and they said ok we will send them. The driver just bought a pepsi max and gave it to me but I ordered a normal pepsi. Also he said you haven't paid for the sauces then I don't bring them for you. I was shocked. After that I call the shop 15 times but they didn't answer . Anyway I never order again from them and I never recommend it to you. Asma

Consistently good pizzas. Excellent Parmesan chips! Delivery at the time they advised with a friendly driver. Faultless

Delivery was so late and the driver was so rude. Pizza wasn't that I have ordered. They brought me something else. Also forget to bring the drink and sauces that I was paid for them. I never order again.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Not a very nice pizza and very greasy. The base was like card, the middle was mushy and not in a nice way. Quite soggy. Not a pleasant experience

Absolutely terrible service.Been inside for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take my order and I simply had to leave, what a waste of time.I understand it has been busy but the guy answered the phone 7 times whilst I was there and was saying sorry to me. I mean what the hell?You are placing orders in front of me, which i haven't even ordered yet. Learn how to prioritise your customers and making any difference.Never coming back to this fast food.

The Tandoori Chicken pizza was decidedly average. It was edible but a bit soggy, very little chicken and overly salty. It was cheaper than some others but for the quality at the top end price wise.

Ordered one of their meal deals which was for 2 pizzas (we got Steve Austin and Shout out), garlic bread and chips. We asked them to put cheese on the chips (through the comment function on their website) as there was not an option to include this with the meal deal.Their website was easy to use and there was also 10% discount for ordering through there too. The food came within the time stated and was lovely and hot on arrival however unfortunately they'd forgotten the garlic mayo. They apologised and brought it straight back for us! The pizzas were absolutely gorgeous & cheesy chips were full of cheese and had some sort of seasoning on it which was so tasty. Garlic bread was pizza based which was nice but probably not my favourite. Amazing value for the price!!! Thank you Pitza Cano!

We've been getting pizza's from here for about 10 years, since they moved across the road they've gone down hill. The last pizza I got was horrible, the cheese seemed processed and very creamy, not sure if it could be passed as cheese and in general the pizza seemed bare. It's a shame I really loved this place. Won't be going back.
