Pizza Connection And Balti House in Leeds

I have been with friend of mine. We ordered two pizza . They were was sooo good , fresh tasty, Crispy and customer service was great aswell! Highly reject the one star reviews. Definitely deserve 5 stars.

Absolutely incredible! The pizza’s here are extremely delicious!! The cheesy crusty was out of this world! The delivery was super fast and the service was amazing! I EVEN GOT FREE SAUCESSSSSS!

Horrible. Rude staff. Horrid food. DONT ORDER FROM HERE.Why tell customers a delivery will be up to 50 mins only for it to arrive an hour and 40 minutes later?! That’s appalling. I called 4 times to ask what was going on and kept being told ‘5 mins’ ‘2 mins’ or just left on hold. Your ignorant driver, when we said it’s late what’s happened etc he replied with ‘yeah bro’ OH OK COOL thanks! 👌🏻 He also said we were ‘really far’ WERE 3 MILES AWAY. You knew the address, tell us it’s too far if that’s what you’re getting at. No apology. The shop also said ‘it’s in a box it’ll be hot’ I’m more bothered about it taking forever.The pizza was gross. It was soggy and hot in some places then warm in others. The chips were all stuck together and soggy from condensation. So after all that, it didn’t even get eaten. The dog loved the chips….the pizza will be back with you in “maybe’ up to 50 mins!!!

The food was amazing!! But the driver was So rude

Love this place I particularly love their pizzas, garlic breads and chicken pakora and the mink yogurt sauce is awesome

Absolutely shocking. We stopped ordering from here ages ago and couldn't remember why..........now I remember. Tikka massala inedible, poppadoms soggy and bendy and mushroom bhaji were horrible. That's definitely the last penny they'll get from me even for pizzas which is a shame. Don't get me started on the delivery charge and service charge

We ordered 2 pizzas from here and thought that they'd be good because the curries are excellent. How disappointing when the pizzas arrived and we couldn't distinguish which was which ,I saw no Donner meat and no spicy beef on the other as described . Sadly we won't be ordering again

Was just about to order our kebab and a Madras as we have for years only to find you've put your delivery price up AGAIN to £2.50. Add the 50p for a so called "service charge" is ridiculous and too much for the 2 of us which is a shame as we like the Shai nan. We'll go and spend at another which only charges £1.00 delivery.

Had our order tonight and will never use Pizza Connection again, waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to be lied to when phoned them. Our order arrived with half missing, phoned up their customer service was shocking 'It will arrive if we can" phoned back when still not arrived and they kept hanging up on us then trying to fob us with lie after lie they wasn't bothered at all. Will not use again and will not recommend to others.

This company thinks it's acceptable to put 4 flyers at once through the door of one house. This is an enormous waste of paper and resources and completely unnecessary. I hate to imagine how many flyers are being wasted because of this extravagance when one per house is clearly sufficient.Will never order from here and will discourage others from doing so too, as they have absolutely no awareness of their environmental footprint and that kind of attitude isn't sustainable.
