Pizza Hut in Leeds

Love that they offer gluten free options so I can eat out with my family. The place was clean and tidy. All staff were amazing. Lauren our server was so polite, attentive and willing to help. I honestly couldn't fault them

Too many children and the food was mediocre. I understand it’s a kids place but it ruins the atmosphere and makes it harder to just enjoy a casual lunch. Prices are reasonable but you might as well just get a Pizza Hut delivery.

Wasn’t nice food , fries were uncooked, pizza’s quality were really poor , dirty dished , toilets were the worst and no soap , overall it was an unpleasant experience.Picture is the dessert we asked to take out and it made mess all on our clothes because of not being properly packed.

I must confess its been such a long time since I have been to a pizza hut, unfortunately disappointed was the outcome, my fiance and I had just been to the movies and wanted something different so pizza for a change. Now am not sure if it was the base, the toppings or a combination of both but it tasted like a poor frozen pizza from Asda, not enough cheese, not enough tomato base and definitely very poor frozen chicken. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Not a bad experience. We went last night pretty late, around 9pm and the workers didn't hurry us or mention anything about the closing time so they could finish early.We were sat until 11pm and still none of the workers told us to get out (even though closing time was 10pm) which was really nice!Ordered through the app after scanning the qr code and it was pretty seamless.And Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, the food is usually not bad, nothing special.- Oh and there weren't many sauces in the salad bar, no mayo for the lettuce etc which was a shame. Not sure if they had ran out by the time we were there.

Went in after a day out bowling, kids had meal deals and adults settled for buffet. No vegetarian options to start with, when they did top up the pizza vanished. No ice cream bowls either and toppings all finished. Staff were very good and understanding.

Haven't visited Pizza Hut for some years and was looking forward to my favourite Deep Pan Meat Feast - was very disappointed nothing like I remember. Value for money very poor. The floor and table were sticky, not sure if that was due to the cleaning agent used but it didn't feel clean 🙁

The place was filthy food all over the floor tables with sticky marks on used our taste cards and nobody knew how to wrong pizza came and it was cold which must have been a returned one.Me my wife and 2 kids went for a nice meal as a treat for the kids I left disgusted what's happened it used to be a nice place to be.

We had a lovely meal with friends and we had a very best experience in there. Floor Manager did everything, he was spot on (tall ginger bloke, really sorry didn't catch his name) He is a credit to this place.

Pizza didn't look anything like it should have and was very doughy. Green salad was iceberg lettuce and grated carrot. Plates dirty twice! Had to wait 20 minutes for our table to be cleared and then they forgot to cook our desserts. Took another 5 minutes to figure out they didn't have one of the desserts I'd ordered nearly 90 minutes ago through the app. Then 15 minutes to bring them to us and then they were burnt on the bottom. Will not be going back.
