Pizza La Fonte in Leeds

I made an order via their website which allowed me to order and pay, after being charged, I was told by takeaway via phone that they need to ring their payment team myself to get my refund, very inconveniencing and terrible customer service from takeaway as they put phone down on me, please act in a more professional manner! Is it possible to leave 0 stars?

I recommend it! Very tasty, polite staff.The kitchen is great!

Good quality of food. Good portions, fair prices. Friendly staff. Clean and hygienic. So many varieties! Definitely recommend, especially their parmesan. Will go again.

I never received my order. The delivery driver left in UNDER 5 minutes of me getting outside to collect it as I'm in an apartment building. He had the AUDACITY to suggest I pay him an extra £2 for him to come back and deliver it. Shame on the delivery driver more than anything. It was 3:20am but still inexcusable behaviour. Already contacted Just Eat for refund.

Nice food polite staff abd clean shop only thing i would say its abit tight with the cheese so mayb next time ill have to get exta cheese

Over an hour and a half to deliver pizza, rude man on the phone that lied and said his delivery man was waiting outside calling and knocking on the door. You’d think I would hear this with my phone in hand, and also waiting on the front porch.

Great food been going for 2 years, but poor service. Lack of communication and no update on your order at all via deliveroo or Uber eats. Never answer the phone. Absolute nightmare. But food is very good, such a shame they don’t help their customers. If you want to order go collect else you’ll never see it

If you're vegetarian, don't order from here!!Ordered vegetable supreme parmesan. No where in the menu does it say it has a chicken base. It even has a (v) symbol next to it. I rang to ask and he says it doesn't have a v and it says it's chicken base. Absolute rubbish. It came with the crappiest salad and cold fried too. Terrible customer service

My 1st order from here due to it been open till early hours ;) food was nice too ;) driver did forget my can of pop but once I rang he he went and got it an brought it so cant complain ;) although the driver could do with smiling :/
