Pret A Manger in Leeds

APPALLING customer service. The woman claiming to be the Manager is EXTREMLY rude. The staff scanned my subscription twice and caused an error on their system but instead of giving my drink they told me to wait half an hour and disregarded me when I raised the issue. Unacceptable behaviour, will be cancelling my subscription. Also rung Pret customer services and they refunded me for the inconvenience so if you have any complaints best to just ring Pret customer services and get your money back. 💰

Zero starI faced very familiar discriminatory situation at below shop today afternoon.Ground Floor, Victoria Gate Shopping Centre, Unit 20-21, Leeds LS2 7JLYou can check the CCTV for evidence.I was visibly eagerly waiting to be served but someone else who came after me and was talking on the phone not so eager to be served was served first. I felt discriminated against. It felt like the other person had some kind of priority or privilege obve me. Would you know what it could be?I raised my concerns with “manager” immediately but I felt that rather than properly listening to me first (let alone empathising) she was defending her staff.Wondering if this issue could be looked into ?

Pret is my favourite UK coffee chain, but dam we are really over charged for coffee in this country !

10/10 experience as always in my favourite pret, I saw served by Keeva and elena, who despite the shop being very busy we’re still super friendly and attentive. It’s always a pleasure coming in and seeing them! and they always make the best coffee!

Service : Quick, Efficient, RespectfulThis pret is my go-to as its close to work. Even though its different staff quite often, they still operate really well.I only come here for coffee, so i can only comment on that and i must say i love pret because they use oat milk as standard, the coffee tastes great aswell as the syrup and overall they just offer a great priced coffee!I would also like to thank all the staff that have worked and continue to work because sometimes they hook me up with a free criossant (which are delicious) or even sometimes a coffee and they do it out of goodness! It happens randomly!I should also add theyre conscious about using recyclable materials, can make the coffee extra hot and also you can bring your own mug!We do miss you pret, as i got my work colleagues hooked on you. We will be visiting the offices soon so hope to grab a few!

Nice outlet of Pret A Manger inside Victoria Gate. Not the largest of seating areas but quick service and usual good range of sandwiches. Coffee was nice

Always a pleasant welcome with fast and efficient service. I like the wide range of prices and some smaller sandwich portions for those smaller appetites or budgets. The quality and taste of the food and drink is excellent and I like the free wifi and mains points for our computers. You are acknowledged very quickly on entry and there are plenty of staff including excellent motivating management. I like the fresh clean friendly environment in which to relax eat and drink.
