Prezzo in Leeds

Fairly standard Italian restaurant with a wide ranging menu. Very polite and pleasant service. Food was good and freshly prepared.

Came for a meal with a group of work colleagues. Service was ok, but the food is over priced and my tiramisu for dessert was frozen with ice crystals in it. Clearly hadn't been defrosted properly! I sent it back and they took it off the bill.Bit of a disappointment.

Came here for a poo cos the toilets at my work (undisclosed business also in the light) were broken. Greeted by two lovely ladies who made me feel welcome and pointed me in the direction of the toilets.Felt like there was a good atmosphere in the restaurant, good vibes and busy as well. Toilets’ atmosphere was calm and felt private. I felt very comfortable doing my poo, very tranquil. Everything was very clean so no problems there. Only issue I have is that the toilet paper was very thin and I almost fingered myself. Other than that though, no qualms.Overall good experience and am very grateful for the girls who let me in

Food was lovely but staff members are unprofessional. They take card payments only and I was informed about it after finishing my lunch. Manager on duty was forced to come to the table and to sort out the situation, he kept sending a waitress to deliver the information he was passing to her.

We came here and was asked about dietary requirements on the door - to which me and my boyfriend said we were both vegan.I fancied a salad and all of them were non-vegan so I asked for them to swap cheese for broccoli - to make it vegan…unfortunately my food arrived with pesto on top meaning I ofcourse couldn’t eat it.Luckily my boyfriends food was beautiful and he had plenty so we shared his meal instead! The service was lovely and the atmosphere was very nice although they did serve me cheese and no one realised until I told them at the end and asked for the meal to be taken off the bill.

We ordered through the app and the waiter acknowledge this by saying they didn't have something we ordered but then came back 2 minutes later and said our order hadn't gone through? We then started ordering again via the waiter and another waiter brought out the food we apparently hadn't ordered. We then had to wait for cutlery which led to part of my meal being cold and had to ask for our drinks multiple times. Then we found a chunk of plastic in one of the meals which had barely been touched. We asked for a refund on this meal as we didn't have time to re order and were told we could get this when he brings the bill but we had already paid. We then didn't see another member of staff for a long time so had to go and hunt someone down just to place in a complaint. 0 apologies from any member of staff as well. We aren't normally a group to complain and we try not to but this experience was shocking

Fantastic food, friendly staff. Worth a visit!

We were in town for a comedy show and decided to pop in for a meal before we went in. With no experience of dining in Leeds this was our first impression and it was very positive.Greeted quickly and friendly straight away by a lovely young Italian man at the door who quickly took us to our seats.We ordered olives, meatballs and king prawns for starters. Deliciously unique tastes. The meatballs especially were a real treat.The mains were the ABC salad with the creamy tagliatelle and we were very satisfied. Malbec to drink which was 5 star.Pleasantly surprised. A lovely start to a great night. You did Leeds proud.

Prezzo is hands down one of the best places to go if you want some gorgeous pasta. It is delicious to say the least, gorgeous flavours, no over or under cooked pasta. Really lovely at the end of the day and friendly staff. This is a little pricey-er but that's for a reason. I really recommend coming here.

Brilliant restaurant booked for 7:15pm and they managed to get us in early. Staff exceptional. Was served by augusty (sorry if I misspelled) and she was a star had a couple of minor complaints which were solved promptly and efficiently. Luke helped get us seated and set expectations explaining of a shortage of a particular beverage...due to the outstanding service we enquired for a Christmas party later in the year. Great job guys keep up the phenomenal service 👏
