Raies Restaurant/Takeaway in Leeds

We were last ones 11.30 Sat night. A few vegetarian options. Chicken masala, veg masala (tasty mild tomato based sauce but not what was expected) but rice chips 2 chapatis roti really good, can drink and tap water £23. Clean.. friendly owner.

Absolutely amazing food, I travel from London every Sunday with my family just for the Lamb masala.Max the boss is amazing, I mean if I could I would move up here just for his food, I've been coming here for the past 40 years.I've heard they are opening up a dessert parlour in the weeks coming, hope their as good.See you again on Sunday.Ash...

We had the mixed tandoori meal, two of them. The lamb part wasn't really a traditional tandoor style. The shami kebab was also quite oily and the chicken tandoor was a little dry and tasteless without a sauce.However, the customer service was really good. They gave us free poppadoms and onion baji when our naan wasn't delivered the first time.Probably won't order again, but good customer service.

Whenever we want an Indian meal this is THE ONLY take away we consider. After finding Raies, no other north Leeds take away is as good. Never had a poor meal from Raies they are no1. Simply The BEST!

Been ordering from Raies since I can’t remember when, good food with lots of flavour - but the personal touch, always of asking about family and sending well wishes - if busy they will tell you it will take longer than usual but will still be worth the wait 😊

This place is a right joke, we tried it as it looked to have good reviews and I've gotta say its the worst food I've ever ordered in my entire life. the tikka masala tasted like salt water and my partners korma was curdled and tasted like sour yogurt. We then rung up and politely requested a refund due to the disappointment with the food to be challenged by the chef telling me he has made the best currys for over 40 year. honestly i never complain and think this is the first time I've ever left a review but felt like i had to for how bad the experience with these guys has been. He also won't finish the order on just eat so we can't review as we have just rung and he said well no if your leaving a bad review. DONT GO HERE GUYS IT TASTES ABSOLUTELY RANK!!!!!!

Absolutely amazing food, and customer service skills from ordering the food over the phone to my door, driver (Ash white Mercedes) has fantastic customer service skills, very polite, he gave me a to tell me he is outside and kindly waited for me to get home as I wasn’t home, food was still hot and tasty, amazing taste I would definitely use this restaurant again.

I've just ordered raies wow wow wow as always did not disappoint my food was hot a little bit late but delivery driver said he was really sorry about that I always like gd customer care which I always get with raids 5 star al day every day thanks raies yet again got lamb biryani wicked never have I had bad food or poor customer service always happy thanks again raoes

Really friendly and helpful staff, we got the mixed grill and it was very tasty especially the lamb chops!
