Don’t ever order here. The company will scam you out of your hard earned money & sit there & claim they’ve delivered it. Furthermore, they’ll sit & laugh & say go to Just Eat to claim money back as no order was ever made!!

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! The menu for takeout delivery states that upon request a free garlic bread supreme will be given with all non-mealdeal orders over £12•00I have just placed a telephoned order for £12•50 and requested my free garlic bread supreme and was told point blank "NO!!!". No reason was given.I AM EXTREMELY DISATISFIED AND WONT EVER BE ORDERING AGAIN

Cant fault the food but how can you get just 2 meals wrong wanted 1 with rice 1 with chapatis both came with rice

The worst customer service I've experienced. Hanging up the phone on customers prematurely and lying about how long the wait for the food will be. Poor quality pizza poor quality service poor quality everything! Do not put money in these peoples pockets!!

I ordered something for £10.50 and when the delivery guy came i gave him £20 and he gave me £7.50 instead £9.50. If they don’t know how to subtract they should do maths instead of delivering.

Friendly staff, but sadly the food ordered, though nice and hot, was dried out chicken and chips.Bought in the afternoon and it was like eating, that mornings chips with yesterdays chicken!Ended up cracking and digging to try and find any soft meat. Very disappointed.My friend with few teeth ate little and with difficulty due to the tough, dry meat.

Sometimes great, sometimes very mediocre. I got a calzone £5.50, for myself, it was incredible. I also got a 'crocodile calzone' £7.50, for a friend which was clearly more expensive but half the size. The chips weren't a big enough portion to make a chip butty out of, so to conclude, the chef is very capable, the food is delicious regardless of portion size, but sadly the portion sizes are generally disappointing.The telephone ordering service is excellent, the chap who answers the phone and takes orders is genuinely as professional as it gets.The delivery service is equally impressive, prompt and reliable, and the delivery drivers are always excellent.
