Rivoli Pizzeria in Leeds

It's ok, but a year ago the pineapple was as big as the burger and the cheese covered it also. Tiny now and the salad is not even 1 whole slice of tomato and a whole lettuce leaf. You can NOT call it salad.VERY DISAPPOINTED

Ordered food with them via FoodHub. The money was processed etc. 20 minutes later got cancelled. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for my money to be refunded! Do not order from here!!

Have used Rivoli over the past few years as I feel they do the best pizza in the area. Received my order tonight but it was wrong. Called the shop and within 30mins the driver turned up with the correct order. Thank you very much, we now have a happy 6 year old who tried ham and pineapple for the first time tonight and he loves it. Keep up the good work.

well I went here tonight and asked for something that wasn't even on the menu a full 1lb cheese burger and the staff made it for me and would like to say if any wants 1 just ask because they will happily make it with a friendly manner will definitely be back for it again i think they should name it the little kez burger.Ps they are a fantastic team.Thanks again

Disappointed tonight. When i spend money to feed a family and specifically ask for the free garlic bread and 1, don't get it. 2 all my mrs got was well you have to ask for it and walked off. 3 rang up to explain and just got telephonist saying sorry. Oooh 4. When i ask for it cutting cut it!! Ffs youre pizzas cost enough and if the owners reading this you know me. Sort it after using you for over 25yrs.

Asked for a burger with no Mayo. Food turned up after an hour with Mayo. Rang back for another burger. After an hour still wasn’t delivered. Had to call again to sort it out. Useless staff. Overpriced food. Terrible service. Only person that seemed to be bothered was the delivery driver

Rivoli is my place of choice for a takeaway pizza, been going for years! Great guys in the kitchen, always say hello and with a smile! The staff on the tills are decent too. Always a quick turnaround of our order.

When a company employs uninterested front of house staff it isn't going to end well.Throw in a 'chef' who doesn't have a clue about customer service and you end up with very annoyed customers.This place without fail can't take an order hence numerous wrong orders.Never ever again.UPDATE: Now sending unsolicited SMS messages.

Been going here since it opened in the 80's even worked there at one point(I was sacked for being pregnant) today put on hold while he took another order, no problem, but when the phone rang again I was left waiting while he took the newer order. Bad customer service. Last chance/ last order. Not even that great.

Orders can be placed easily using their own website, pizzas are fantastic & the burgers can be fully customised by adding additional toppings from 10p each. Delivery was 45-60 mins which on a Saturday night was be be expected. All round superb.
