States under new management and wow the food is amazing. Had a full English. Cooked to perfection and the outdoor seating in the sun was just the icing on the cake. Will be back again for sure

Yikes I can't understand the reviews over 1 star.... First time order (deliveroo) and won't bother again. No cauliflour cheese and all the food is quite obviously frozen - from the sweetcorn (in a Sunday roast??) to the yorkies, just all cheap and nasty. The mashed potatoes had no cream or butter, let alone a pinch of salt and weren't fully boiled before mashing. The meat scraps they sent were sooooo dry I couldn't swallow it and the stuffing wasn't cooked so it was just a lump of congealed sage. The whole thing was just gross and I was really surprised with the low quality.. Can't believe there are places out there charging for frozen supermarket food but Man V Roast advocates it. I ordered with them because I couldn't be bothered to cook a roast myself, turns out Man V Roast can't be bothered with cooking either.

DO NOT ORDER - Please listen to all the 1 star reviews. I placed an order on deliveroo, the order status was on it's way but the order never came. These people take your money and not send the food out. Im kind of glad it never came, after checking these reviews I'd rather pass on the mouldy bread and clumpy gravy. Also, sort out your opening hours. Pethetic excuse of a business.

Food took an hour and a half to arrive and was terrible and not what we ordered. Instead of beef we had turkey and scraps of lamp fat. Called the restaurant and was told that was because they were out of beef. Filed a complaint with Deliveroo. Do not recommend.

MOULDY GREEN STALE BREAD!!!! (SEE PICTURES). The pictures say it all, absolutely disgusting that a sandwich was served in this bread & all the 1 star reviews are correct the service is dreadful, can’t see this place lasting long under the current management if things don’t change very quickly.

I rang up Jason from Man V's Food as I was looking for a caterer to pack 50 roast dinners for our music video shoot. It was last minute but he agreed they would help us and although I changed the order several times, they were nothing but helpful. The meals were packed with gravy separate and still hot on arrival. The crew were thrilled with the Sunday lunch and I was so pleased with the service. I will definitely be back. Thanks to all for being great and the lovely lunches.

Just got the spot! Absolutely delicious, spot on roasts. We had a complicated order with varied meats from the carvery, plenty of extras and a special request. Got 20% discount for ordering online too. Delivery was quick, packaged well and they threw in a lush treacle pudding with homemade custard because they made an error initially with my order. The mash potatoes were super smooth like butter, scrummy roast tatties, yummy gammon & well cooked pulled pork. Yorkshire puds and stuffing were so good too! I was nervous having seen the negative reviews about service but actually the people are nice and it seems they just get really busy sometimes like most takeaways. But the food here is so worth it, can't recommend enough. Its traditional British grub just like mum makes, at a fair price, what's not to love?!

Amazing food but only ever got it from " too good to go" great value for money and a perfect large serving or 2 smaller servings. 10/10 would recommend.

Absolutely amazing. Fresh cooked carvery every day. Really reasonable prices and sound staff. Mixed meat is very nice as well as the lamb. Has full selection of traditional sauces available as well.
