Roundhay pizza express in Leeds

Pav & management gave me such amazing customer service today! Beyond what is expected. Pizzas are always fresh and delicious too! Thank you guys, you made my day!

New menu, good food and drink, reasonably priced. First time to Pizza Express on Street Lane, Leeds, good service, worth a visit.

Staff was really friendly, but food wasn't so nice

Absolutely fabulous as usual, the staff are very friendly and make sure you feel like family, we always have a lovely chat and wonderful service..... Pizzalicious!!!

I love this place but in particlar I would like to say thank you to Dawn, who makes each and every visit special with her friendliness and efficiency. I am glad she transfered here from the other branch! :)

Not it's best tonight. What happened to some of the dough balls? More like doh balls. Great waitress made up for it tho. Stopped selling basic apple juice and orange juice. Why? Ran out of king prawns, calamari, bechamel sauce, mozerella and profiteroles! Pudding was served burnt rather than warmed. Pics made up for it though.

We had many pizzas and pastas for dinner the other night. You could seen them on the attachment. It’s great! We went there around middle of 7pm, but the staff looked for seats relatively fast. Very impressed!

Nice lasagne bit expensive of you don't have some discounts we had meerkats. Inside nice has outdoor seating as well. Bot slow service as we were sat upstairs

My grandson took me with a voucher he won from his school raffle, told staff on arrival. Staff were welcoming and friendly, there was a good atmosphere. The staff were attentive but we were not rushed. The menu was varied taking different dietary requirements into account. I chose a new starter but had same main I have had several times, it was the best I have had it. I rarely have a pudding but as it was on voucher had a mini desert with coffee, good idea, it was enough and delicious! I would choose the Street Lane restaurant again.

I was very disappointed with the service here. When we entered, none of the staff came to greet us. We were stood inside for several minutes before having to approach someone. Yes, it was a Friday night but basic manners would be to say 'I'll be with you in a moment' and actually acknowledge the customer. Then they could not find our reservation... But we did eventually get sat down.Once seated, we were forgotten again and weren't approached for a food order or even drinks. My dining guest had to ask the manager who was passing by if we could have our order taken.Good arrived in decent time (yaay, a positive!) However, there were a lot of pieces of pasta which were not cooked well, and were crispy. The parts I could eat were tasty. The waitress who ended up serving us was really pleasant, and did lift the atmosphere, so I thank her. This review may come across as very picky, but I used to work for a different branch if Pizza express and expected much better things from the majority of the staff, and the food.
