Ruchee in Leeds

I just got a couple of poppadoms and a nan bread to go with my curry that was in the slow cooker at home, it was very nice and I'll be able to Give proper review when I go for a sit down meal there

Pre-ordered a large order via a delivery app. All information across various apps and google informs that they are open. 30 mins before the scheduled delivery time I receive a message from the app telling me the order has been cancelled. Called more than a dozen times but there’s no answer. Now have 10 hungry people to feed a short normative. Incredibly frustrating as it’s our go-to curry place but I can’t, in good faith, continue to use them after such a poor experience. Really really angry atm

Absolutely appalling quality of food half the order was missing yet we were charged for the full amount. The person who took the order called us liars and put the receiver down. These establishments should NOT take orders if they are unable to manage the quality or delivery of food that is purchased.

Food was amazing! Will definitely come again.

This is not authentic Indian food. Its a mockery of Indian food. The man at the counter was rude, and did not provide a bill receipt, instead scribbled on a piece of paper.

Been visiting Ruchee for many years and hope to continue for many more years. Never been disappointed. Food always good, generous portions, lovely staff.

Overpriced, not worth the money.Garlic prawns £4.50 - A single diced prawn, poorly cooked.Tikka starter - £9.95 A chicken wing, a seekh kebab and some pieces of chicken packed in a tub with some onions.This food was not large enough or nice enough to justify the price tag. Disappointed.

We are so lucky to have Ruchee as our local restaurant. Wonderful buffet this evening as always. The food is excellent and the service and welcome second to none. They will be open right through the Christmas Season - except for Christmas Day. I can strongly recommend a visit. I know you will receive a very warm welcome.
