Sakura Chinese Take Away in Leeds

This place has literally become a Sunday tradition for me and my girlfriend. The staff are friendly, the service is good and the food is honestly incredible. We’ve driven from Wakefield to collect one before 🤷‍♂️

Best chinese ive ever had, cannot fault them one bit! Lovely staff and prompt delivery, these are my go to on my weekly takeaway night!

Rubbish!!!! Wouldn’t give the food to my dog!!! 2 hours for delivery then the food was cold and we haven’t even eaten it! Binned the food!!! Avoid!!! Avoid!! Avoid!!!!

Really friendly servers and the food was tasty! It was made really quickly too. Only loss of a star due to the chicken lacking substance maybe due to slow cooking the chicken, but flavours were all top notch.

Pad thai horrific, special chowmain horrendous, chinese no thanks never again and not from here, this place used to be bang on, the taste and ingredients were absaloutely basic tonight, almost like the dishes are made from the same gravy sauce. The pork dumplings lacked herbs, seasoning and were dry and pretty tasteless. Wasted £21, gf barely touched hers and I felt pretty robbed. It's almost like it's under new management. Order frome Home Chinese for example or a pad thai from thai aroy dee and you will see it's like night and day.Who's your chef? seriously take a long hard look at yourself. You need to get the passion back if you ever had any. Won't last long with food like this.

We order from here all the time. The delivery is speedy, the staff are really personable and the food is delicious. The salt and pepper chips and the char-sui pork in OK are the best!

Waited nearly 2 hours . I rang after 1 hour was told they were busy and it would be in next half hour. But in fact I heard them say half order was lost 🤷‍♀️. Food came hot and was ok . Prawn crackers over done . Promised free prawn toast it didn’t arrive just 2 cans of pop . Would be reluctant to order again due to time waited and food wasn’t amazing

Expensive. Same dish where I live is £5.20 but £6.70 at Sakura. Chips are ok but the curry was bland. Shame really.

Food is always very tastey.Arrived piping hot in good time.Don't believe these bad reviews, the pork is neither fatty nor undercooked - it was tender and delicious. The crispy chicken strips in chilli OK sauce was absolutely excellent as always.The pork ton kastsu was brilliant and great portion size. The vegetarian food did not compromise on flavor like some other local takeaways do in the LS6 area. "There's bare meat in this" I would upload a photo but we ate it all already! Can' wait to order again x

I ordered Pad Thai noddles with chicken and prawns via phone. The delivery service was reasonably quick so the food was warm. Regarding taste, I am comparing it with My Thai restaurants and if I rate it 5, Sakura will get 3-4 from me. Just adding this that prices are almost similar to My Thai!!
