Amazing 🤩😘 love this pizza . I think they changed the chef but it's still a pretty good pizza there. I walked 1 hour from my new house to pick pizza from there . Love it

My family regularly orders from Samiz. We had a slight problem with our order today and honestly the owner is so amazing he actually called us back with apologies and he was so understanding. He also offered to bring us a 15 inch pizza !!!! I've never experienced such level of customer service from any Asian restaurant. Most owners of these chicken & chip shops are actually quite rude and dismissive so I am definitely very impressed with the way my complaint was handled. So as well as getting great quality food you also get impressive customer service. Will continue to order from this gem of a place!!!

The pizza was undercooked, they never get the order right.ordered 20 minute before hand so that I can go and collect but when I arrived to collect they said “ we going to make it know. So what’s the point for me to order it beforehand??? The staff couldn’t bother less. The old staff were good but the new ones need a lot of training.I was a regular customer over a few years but not going to return again.

Amazing food really friendly and highly recommended

Pizzas have dipped in quality over the years but the wings and burgers make up for it. They have a great chilli sauce, and the bbq burger/wings are very nice from here. Chilli cheese nuggets are a guilty pleasure too. The main attraction however is the prices. The pizza deals are great value for money. Food not may be the best but good enough on a budget. Good local spot. They recently started donner too, get the lamb. The chicken donner is not as good.

I was a regular customer of this shop. But lately I have noticed that they have a serious hygiene issue which needs to be addressed, Every time I go there the tables are unclean and have food droppings from the previous customer who has eaten there. Also the guy with the pony tail who serves the food does not wear any gloves. His nails are very big and has black dirt under. The reason this is concerning for me is they are dealing with food and self hygiene is very important specially when you are dealing with food for the public. I'm sure this is something food and hygiene courses cover. Plus they should be wearing gloves when serving food. They have lost a loyal customer of years because of this and I probably wont be retuning.
