Worst half chicken ever too be made, portions absolute barbaric they need to test their food themselves. What a waste of tender chicken

Had the Naan Chapel Kebab and I’d give it a 7/10. Served fairly quickly. However experienced pretty bad digestion issues day after - wouldn’t want to come again.A senior staff was also pretty rude in responding with one of my friends request. There are better ways to conduct yourself to a large group of customers.

my friend and i had finished a late shift at about 3am and wanted t get food and we seen that Shai Nan was open. as we walked in, the smell got to my nose and i was immediately hesitant on ordering here but it was late and we had no other choice but to starve. because of the smell, i didn’t trust them to make a healthy and edible chicken burger so i just settled for a cheeseburger and it was just an average barbecue style grilled burger which i ate, nothing special however my friends donner meat was dry, uncooked and had sauce just poured on top of it , tasted as bad as it looked.only plus i can give this place is we got our food very fast, which doesn’t surpise me as it was 3am and we were the only ones there. below mid

Not been for many many years food was still top notch they have the best nan kebabs, the desi tea wasn’t as good as it used to be but the uncle who used to make that isn’t here anymore it seems.

It's OK if you want a quick bite. Grill food is good but stay away from their curries as they are not nice. Too too oily

Ordered medium heat curry, got very very hot, very small portion and the meat wasn’t cooked enough so very tough. Used to be a lot better here. Won’t go again.

The worst place I ever saw,the worst and rudest customer service ,I didnt get half of items from my order ,when I phoned them and asked to sort it out or give me refund ,the guy on phone was very rude and was swearing at me ,bunch of nasty scammers !!!!! I lost my money but at least I can warn people from being scammed by you ,shame on you chutmarani benchod,I could give 0 star if I could ,I hope my money will stack in your throat

It's OK, Nothing Special for the Price You Pay, they definitely know how to make you wait for ordering and then preparing your food is on another scale.We ordered some Onion Bhajis, Seekh Kebabs and a Double Kebader on the Naan Bread, it came eventually after nearly 25 mins. Seeing the staff hanging around playing with the phones was the most annoying thing in this place.
