Would give this no stars if an option. Worst Chinese I've ever eaten. Everything tastes like it's been fried in the same old oil which hasn't been changed for weeks. Crispy wontons so soggy, seaweed horribly greasy, cashew nut completely flavourless, ok sauce just tastes of straight vinegar, and the chow mein completely dry with next to no veg or meat. Prawn crackers old and stale. Will not be ordering from here again. Very disappointed.

Been going to this local takeaway for a while, I've never had an issue with any of their food

I ordered sweet and sour chicken and egg fried rice from this takeaway, when arrived it was hot but the chicken was hard and overcooked. The sweet and sour sauce lacked in flavour and the egg fried rice didn't really have any egg in it. I ended up having to throw everything away as it just didn't taste of anything and the hard chicken was inedible.Giving 2* as the food arrived in good temperature and was decent sized portions despite the other flaws.

The food is just way to inedible. Chinese chips are usually considered gorgeous but the chips from here have no potato and almost taste plastic. Really need to up their game.

Fair enough was New Year’s Eve but I placed an order at 7pm .. Uber Eats said delivery would be 8.10. Got a notification to say driver was picking up and then time kept being extended. I rang about 8.45 and was told my meal was ‘being prepared now.’ I honestly think they’d forgotten the order and my food arrived after I’d rang just 15 minutes later! Nearly 2 hours wait! Food worse than normally get there.. stuff cold, soggy and dry. Gonna look elsewhere.

The first time we ordered was great. Now we ordered a second time we are very disappointed. I guess we've fallen out of the "new customer special treatment" zone normal service quality. Delivery was fine but food was a bit of a let down this time

I'm a driver for one of the popular food delivery services. I got a notification to collect from here. Considering how bad the snow currently is I had to take a 2 mile diversion just to get to them. It then took the manager 5 minutes to let me know the till assistant hadn't even printed the order and it would be 30 minutes longer. They were making the customer wait and wasting my time! I'm not sure what the food is like but from a delivery point of view I wouldn't even bother. They aren't organised in the slightest

Placed an order on Just Eat at 7:40 - they stated delivery at 9:10.Called the restaurant at 10:10 to ask where our food was only to be told it would be another 25 to 35 minutes.We cancelled the order.How a delivery take away can think that is is acceptable to deliver food 3 hours after ordering is completely unfathomable.OK - so right now I'm 'hangry' but this is completely the fault of Stay Inn and their inept delivery service.

Food was Average at best I'm afraid..Prawn crackers were clearly old and not very pleasant. Chicken fried rice very average and duck in plum nasty and the coke was warm..Found it odd that after my order they called me to say I owed another £2, without any explanation or apology. The money isn't the issue (id usually tip the delivery guys anyway) but found a little odd they added it after the order online had been paid.Sorry but dont think I'll be ordering again..Delivery driver very pleasant and polite though
