Subway Guiseley in Leeds

In store, usually tasty buy the uber service is shocking. Our order was raw, cold, missing items and then I tried to call to fix the issue and got no call back. Cheers subway. To make it worse, out of a £24 order, I got £3 back even though it was barely edible. Nah. What a let down.

Messed up my order, how u gonna forget a whole footlong???? Not even the tip of the iceberg, they didn’t toast the sub i did get and everything came cold, the cookie was all wet and soggy too so threw it away

Ordered via the app. Got 7 sandwiches 5 were wrong. Ended up with kids refusing to eat them as they had wrong sauces toppings & even a completely wrong meat in one.Sadly store response to the order being wrong from the management was to say thanks for sharing my feedback. Best feedback I can say is don't use the app & if the store messes up best you can expect is a standard scripted email saying they look forward to serving you again in the future.Not a subway I can recommend.

Just spent £25 on 4 sandwiches and some cookies. Delivered to us with hardly any filling. The footlong tuna had literally hardly any tuna in. The sandwhiches that we ordered with mayo didn’t have any on. Hardly toasted. Absolutely disgusted with it

Great to have a local Subway. Very friendly staff, very clean, and the usual menu. Able to use the Government 50% offer by eating in (so ordered twice as much as usual, of course). Bit slower getting served as it was very busy with usual Monday staffing levels. Social distancing in place, so people had to stand in the queue outside prior to getting served. Sold out of some things, too, so 4 stars today, but usually a 5 when I come here.

Good clean sandwich shop, delicious bread and fillings. Staff changed my gloves for my non-meat sandwich and made it first so as I also ordered for someone else.

The perfect subway experience. Ordered a takeaway sandwich, was made well and quickly. Had plenty of staff to cope with the busy lunch rush and the staff were nice and friendly.

First time ordering a subway takeaway from guiseley last night at around 7pm, steak and cheese footlong with paprika bread, and a rotisserie sub, didn't come toasted as asked, came cold, although delivery was quick, both subs were disgusting, and I got continuous food poisoning overnight within a few hours after eating from there. Had to call in sick to work. Best £15 wasted. It makes me question what the hygiene standards are over there if it really didn't take me long to get sick from it? Never going there again.

I enjoy a visit to any Subway occasionally so visiting this one with the same range across the franchise was exactly what I was expecting .However my first surprise was the car park .I couldn’t identify a disabled parking place outside subway so I used the disabled bay at the co-op next door . From there I was able to get onto the dropped kerb footpath outside the co-op .Passing the entrance to the co-op on my right and then the ATM .I noticed that at some time there was a dropped kerb nearby but it was covered in mud and also hard to use when the car spaces are occupied. There is no dropped kerb outside the doors . The doors are heavy and help needed to gain entry . The staff were on the ball tho and came to my aid to get me in the shop and again when I left .No complaints about the food or the standard of service There was plenty of room in the shop even for a large chair like mine .There are toilet facilities on site too and it is wheelchair accessible.

Little branch tucked away in the White Cross area of Guiseley next to Coop. Friendly staff, good food, clean.pretty much all I need from a subway.
