Had a birds nail claw in my meatballs

Apart from having to remind one member of staff my order 4 times and then having part of the order slightly burnt, my experience was acceptable. I wouldn't encourage anyone to maybe use the toilets, not the cleanest, baring in mind it was the only toilet within the establishment. As per the actual shopping precinct, not much social distancing and no masks worn, both by the staff and the customers. Leading my example may encourage customers to wear masks and follow the guidelines, however when staff don't wear them, then there is no hope. I appreciate staff may be encouraged to not challenge anyone entering the premise, but just a gentle reminder may help, however not once was the question asked. As far as subways go, this was not the best experience, sorry.

Super friendly staff, never got my order wrong and always quick service. They usually have a long line out the door around lunchtime but it goes fairly quickly thanks to the staff inside. Great Subway.

Service is a little slow but they are happy to change gloves when asked to do so. Same price to eat in and take out as some like next door add a little extra to eat in, which I don't believe in. Pleasant staffs, tables could do with getting regularly cleaned.
