SunRise Chinese in Leeds

Just ordered a red thai curry, special curry, beansprouts, fried rice and chips.The red thai sauce was the worst I have ever had. The special curry meat was so tough it was inedible. The beansprouts smelt funny and was in a sauce that I have never tasted. The chips were even cold. Really disappointing as this was a treat for us on a Monday.

Thought I'd give sunrise a go, what a mistake should have stuck to my usual Chinese takeaway.Ordered chicken balls with fried rice, the balls had either been over cooked or they we're recooked either way the chicken was dry and the batter was nearly burnt. Had to throw half of them in the bin shall never order from here again, disgusting.

Ordered 40 minutes ago, arrived hot and lovely.

Sorted me out with a Hot box when nobody else would. Really nice food and would be one of my go to Chinese’s, just a shame about them never open on any takeaway sites, always says they are closed so have to pay with cash

Absolutely the worst mixed starter ever ! Didn’t even resemble a Chinese it was just deep fried rubbish ! Avoid this takeaway....

This place is the epitome of unprofessionalism. We decided to stop using this place some months ago due to poor service and inconsistent quality of food. Well one thing they have definitely been consistent with is the downward tragectory, having given this place another try this weekend, half the order was missing and the other half being a mass of re heated stodge. Response when we rang to inform that half the order was missing? I would rate as not moderately bothered, definitely recommend you do yourself a massive favour and give this place the widest of berths.

Massive lump of spam in my pancake roll rest of food tastless. The sweet and sour was just ketchup. Big disappointment

We go here everyweek and the food has always been spoton, however we ordered tonight for home delivery, the order was taken, read back to us with the total price and order placed. When it arrived half the order was missing and as it had taken over an hour to arrive I drove up there to see what had happened. WOW, the attitude of Sarah was unreal, I have never in my life met such a horrible and rude person, she first said we didn't order the food even though she read it back to us and gave us the price. She then said she didn't care that it was missing and went to hide in the back, I moved over so I could see her in the back and asked what she was going to do to resolve the issue, she said and I quote "nothing, I don't care". I asked to speak to the owner but he didn't speak English, so I asked her again to remake the whole order as it would have been cold and she said no and if she did make it I would have to pay for the whole order again. The shop was full of customers and she didn't care at all, even the customers in there looked gobsmacked at her attitude.We will never be using this place again due to Sarah and her unreal attitude, she needs to be fired and never work in a job customer facing again!!! I guess our £35 a week won't make any difference to them.
