Overall it was good ...The salad was excellent and very fresh and had a very tasty sauce ...Try Gyoza with its very desirable sauce ...Hamata roll is definitely recommended ...********************● The only thing I did not like at all was the king prawn in the middle of the Aomori roll seemed very cold and stale. I was expecting it to be crispy and fresh.● The next thing was that the size of the roll pieces was large and you had to bite into smaller pieces and you could not feel all the flavors in your mouth at the same time.**********************The staff were kind and smiling and polite ...

I loved this restaurant! It was nicely decorated with a good atmosphere, the food was amazing and fresh, quite cheap and good service. I couldn’t recommend this more. I really enjoyed it and will be returning!

Sushi, sashimi, ramen, katsu and more all delicious and great value. Comfortable furniture and pleasant helpful staff. One of my favourite restaurants

I only started ordering from here fairly recently in the last few months but love the ramen and sushi here. Just better quality than many other sushi places in my opinion. Bigger portions, more flavour, better appearance, the soya sauce isn't too salty, the wasabi actually has some spice to it instead of being too pasty.There's lots of things I haven't tried yet as I always end up wanting what I had before. But really good.Only criticism is they take ages with the delivery which can be quite annoying when you are ordering for other people not just yourself.

If you wish to eat at from this restaurant, do not order delivery!When we eventually got out food, it was very good and I wish I could have it again. After waiting forty-five minutes for our delivery, we were informed that the ordered was cancelled. We called the restaurant and they said the driver attempted delivery but we did not answer which was false. We eventually got our order after the driver turned around and didn't even get out of his car. Apparently this is not an isolated incident either.

Many years ago I visited here and wasn't very impressed, but decided to try here again, to see if it had improved, was pleasantly surprised to see that it had improved immensely.Speed at which the food came out was fast, the customer service was amazing and super helpful, the food itself was well portioned and super tasty.The sushi was super tasty, extremely well priced, especially compared to other mediocre and over priced locations.Definitely need to visit again

The food was DELICIOUS!!! the Bento Box was HUGE! Our eyes were definitely bigger than our belly. The staff were really nice and we had a wonderful experience here. We will definitely have to return!We ordered:Miso soup, Edamame beans, Aomori King Prawn Dragon signature roll, Chicken Katsu roll and Waka's Chicken Bento Box⭐

Great ramen fair price . Hot and sour udon is not recommended as it is not spicy and sour as its name. Others are yummy.

Delicious tasty food! Absolutely love Sushi Waka. Gave 4 stars because some portions could either be bigger or cheaper. For example, I love the Tori Karaage but I wish it was only £3-5 per portion because it's a starter dish and very small for the price. Despite this, I would still visit again, the staff are lovely and the atmosphere of the restaurant is beautiful. I've ordered takeaway a few times and never had any problems. I definitely recommend this restaurant and would give them 5* if it wasn't for the prices. Thank you for reading! :)

One of my favourite Japanese restaurant in Leeds!I came here like 2 or 3 times a month ✌️Ramen is the must to eat dish!I always ordered pork katsu ramen or seafood ramen🍜.
