Absolutely disgusting, waited nearly an hour for starters to come out, then when mains came they were either wrong, missing items and the majority of them were flat cold. Only good point was the female manager on duty who couldn't apologise enough for the bad service and meals we had recieved

Firstly, the restaurant was freezing, we all had to keep our jackets on throughout the meal. The service was painfully slow and the food took a very long time to come out. The Louisiana Hot Mess burger is described as being “soaked with Franks RedHot sauce”, but literally there was a few drops of it at most and so the burger was tasteless. One of the new desserts which I was looking forward to was unavailable.Despite all of the above, the Meat The Beef burger was pretty decent and so was the Monkey Sour cocktail.

I’m not sure what happened to Tgi’s there was a point in time where you could never just walk in and get a table and now it’s like a ghost town.We ordered boneless hot wings and they came and they were frozen in the middle, they immediately fixed it and apologised but obviously very off putting (it wasn’t even removed from our bill). I got the ribs and my partner got a burger and we both left feeling disappointed it use to be sooo good!!The service was good but the food just let it down. I think it will be a long time before we return as you can go to much better places and get better value for money. TGI’s needs a revamp in my opinion.

Was here for a birthday celebration booked in advance, waiting times were unacceptable the place was empty when we arrived but the orders took forever. Orders were wrong when they arrived. Burger was dry and completely overcooked for some and undercooked for others. Sharing starter was brought our with no plates, when asked by a party member one of the young lads serving was pretty rude. First and last time I will eat at TGI. To be fair to the manager she did not charge for the mains but the meal was ruined.

Friendly staff, rump steak my friend had was tough. My sirloin was cooked well. Overall a decent place to eat out.

It is the restraunt next to our hotel. Ordered just soft drinks, burgers and chips. Lots of choice for meat eaters but hardly any for vegetarians and had to have a vegan burger but was able to get vegetarian cheese instead of vegan. Even the mayo on the table was vegan. As a non meat eater I am also not keen on food trying to look or taste like meat. Would like more vegetarian options please. Overall experience was average. Would liked to have given a tip but no option to do that on the card reader and we don't carry cash as most places don't accept it because of the pandemic. It was a little embarrassing as there was no issue with service, just the food. Sincere apologies to our server.

Quality of food very good and staff worked really hard for our large birthday group this evening. Would return thank you!

As ever a great experience at TGIs. I love how the menus are now just barcodes to be scanned and the tables are sitting empty waiting for you. No surfaces for bugs to lurk on and helps make you feel more secure going there. That said it would have been nice to get our cutlery before our food. The food and drinks were as nice as ever and the staff were all very nice. It's just a shame how quiet it was but that's not their fault.
