Good local pub, wasn't too busy

Fun atmosphere filled with character, reasonable pints and cheery staff

Lovely pub. Good atmosphere and really good beer. The two staff that were on, Claire and Billie, were very kind an attentive.

Great proper pub in Leeds city centre, been going here on and off for 40 odd years, this is the kind of pubs I like, small and friendly, good service, older people mainly, decent beers, thankfully this and a few others in the city retaining that real pub feel and welcome here sadly declining elsewhere as the years go by. Hope it will stay original here and in the future.

Lots of original features, but the paintwork is pretty dull. Small selection of real ale, they had Daleside Old Legover on. Nice pint. Toilets aren't very good.
