We had a sizzler there were no red and green peppers and it did not sizzle. Very poor tonight. We have this on a Friday now and again never had any problem. But tonight not as nice. My daughter in law had a Yorkshire pudding wrap very nice.and son had a large burger with different meats very enjoyable. Will go back again though everyone has an off night.

A recent lick of paint and new carpets have gone someway to improving the experience here. Always enjoy the food, service is speedy which is needed during a lunch hour. Closest pub to work without venturing into the City. Reasonable prices for a quick lunch.

As usual, a warm welcome from staff and locals. Under going a revamp externally and internally, a new menu and the meal I had was superb. A great variety of beers and a cracking menu. I've been coming here for over ten years and never disappoints.
