Extortionate prices (eg. ÂŁ7 for a pint of standard lager), cynically extorted as the operator knows this is a captive audience. There is no accountability to force this operation to act ethically. Well done everyone, this is the system you wanted.

I am a regular flyer and have always loved seeing Natasha on the mornings she knows exactly my order and ensures that Evan when I am flying alone it’s easy to order.

I paid via credit card. Person serving advised the transaction didn't go through. I advised it did as I could see it confirming payment on the card reader. The assistant insisted it didn't go through. I checked my Amex account and showed the payment on my phone to the lady serving me. She called a supervisor. The supervisor advised the transaction was pending which I replied all transactions are pending until they are confirmed. Due to the queue behind me and the supervisor 'promising' the transaction was void I paid again. Both payments were confirmed. I suspect the issue was the bar person serving did not ask for a table number for the first transaction. Numbers I have been given to call if there was an issue do not work.Really bad service.

Astronomical prices and only went here because everything else was closed! On a Monday afternoon! 15.99 for a burger with more lettuce and mayo than burger and a handful of chips! The app we had to order off wasn't even taking payment and when asked the staff members repeatedly forgot to attend our table! Won't be going there again next time we'll pack our own food!

This place is the opposite of value for money.Cheesy chips and bacon nearly ÂŁ7 yet portioned for a child. Average food, tiny portion sizes at ridiculous prices and sloppy nonchalant customer service. The staff probably endure customer frustration from the obvious profiteering.Poor show Saltaire at Leeds Bradford poor show

£17.09 for breakfast and coffee🤔...well I know it's the airport, but smart price tasteless never been around the real meat sausages??...I think you can do a bit better 🤷‍♀️

Worst restaurant experience in my life.!Firstly I ordered at the bar a breakfast. I was charged more than on the menu. I pointed it out to the guy behind the bar. He took the menu off me and ripped it up arrogantly in front of my face and said that was the old prices! (even though that was the menu in the tables). He then refused to honour the advertised price on the menu. The £13.49 breakfast arrived speedily. So speedily that the chef didn’t have time to cook the fried eggs and they were extremely uncooked. The server slammed my plate down with a look of hatred on her face. The bacon and beans were stone cold. Totally inedible.I then complained about the poor breakfast and the person I told just shrugged and walked off. No apology. No offer to put right or refund.Clearly all the staff here hate their job and customer service is not of any interest to them.

What a terrible experience. AVOID THIS PLACE !We all know we are going to pay more for being a captive audience in an airport but this place is beyond belief. The ultimate breakfast with toast ÂŁ13.48 !Come on, how the hell can this price be justified ?You have to order the food from the bar from a grumpy, angry woman who not only hates her job also hates everyone who dares to disturb her trying to make an order. It was very quiet, not busy at all but the woman still managed to be rude to every person who approached her. I ordered a decaffeinated coffee, she informed me with a big sigh they didn't have any. I asked if they had ran out or did they not serve any, which she replied "well we ain't got any !"Followed by a grumpy man making your hot drinks and slamming them down infront of you. I had four drinks to carry & asked for a tray. You would have thought I had asked for something for free. When I finally got the tray It was so hard to say thank you to such a sour face but unlike him I have manners.RUDE STAFF & OVERPRICEDTHEY DONT DESERVE YOUR MONEY.

Ok so airport food is often overpriced but we were genuinely shocked at the dreadful value for money here. The 2 breakfasts and cups of tea came to ÂŁ28 in total and the portions the absolute minimum. Single sausage, rasher and egg. Not even hot. Disappointing.

Decent enough restaurant for an airport. Good food selection. Good coffee and a decent bar. The staff have always been nice and friendly when I've visited. You need to go through the duty free shop to get to it.
