The Swan & Talbot in Leeds

When thair yesterday for Sunday dinner it was terrible half the items advertise was missing including the Yorkshire puds vegetables where just a overcooked mess meat was fatty and over cooked.Roast potatoes were burnt everything was covered in gravey.We sent it back asked for a refund which we are still waiting for.I definitely would never go back food is just terrible

Fish chips and peas like something you got at school in the 70s.. frozen.i wondered why it was so cheap..get what you pay for.. but lovely pub.

Restaurant was closed, room was dated, some facilities not working. Toilet door wouldn't close. All breakfast items deep fried!!! with exception of mushrooms which had not been washed.

Very good pub lunch. Excellent value for money.

Would have given this place 4 stars but the breakfast I had…… asked for beans on toast n no butter on bread given dirty cutlery, room was nice tho

Really poor food! We went for our lunch today, my husband and 3 children's meal came, they had half eaten it when my husband went back to the bar to see where mine was, when it came I had 1 slice of meat (the same as my children's meals) the veg was frozen country mix (no broccoli, cauliflower etc) really poor experience! My husband and daughter got beef on their meal and it was so tough they actually left it! It was inedible.

Pretty standard pub on the whole, but the staff are very pleasant. Shows the football which is always a plus.

Excellent food. Lovely atmosphere.the staff are friendly and professional. All in all, one of the best places that we've been to in the area. Worth a visit!

Yes I know this is a drinking mens pub on the High Street it doesn't excuse the poor meal the and tv horse racing on every tv. Only real plus was 2 for £11 offer and nice beer
