The White Horse in Leeds

I've never been in here although I pass it practically every day. Me and my family came in after we attended a family event and it was great, very welcoming, staff were friendly and there was bingo on too! The inside is pretty big with lots of tables and there is a small area outside with FREE parking

Good old fashioned proper pub with local support, haven't been for decades and thought it had closed down. Lady behind the bar was nice and friendly, and dog friendly which is a bonus for me as some are quite fussy regarding pets, Beer was excellent, I'm glad I found it again and will be back more often, Superb.

New wood floor inside. Newly painted outside was my local. Now I live in Castleford still visit frequently. Landlord and staff are brilliant 👏

Not hate it. Just wish they would renovate the exterior. There is enough locals to do a professional job of it. Good old pub that was better in the past but we can say that about meny these days. Shame. It can be brought back to life so easly.

Slightly more chance of being stabbed than in other pub's in Leeds. But a fine old institution all be it looking like an Irish boarder check point, don't let this put you off though as there are plenty of other reason for that. Definitely a good place to be if you've been going for years and are well known, or are mates with a regular, or family or know someone who is a regular. As the landlord says "it's a local pub for local people and we don't want any trouble". So give it a try if you're the type of person who loves a challenge and taking risks

A bit better than it has been in the past. Average prices for a pub in this sort of location. Nice to sit out in the summer

I just drive past it 5 or six times a day. I don't actually go in the place as I don't drink. I'm sure it's a very local pub. 😉

Absolute mess! My dad has been a regular here for years. My family couldn't get in touch with him so I tried to see if he had been in. The bar staff had no clue who he was and acted as though I'd offended them. The number listed isn't connected to the pub.
