went here for a roast on Father's Day. opted for the triple meat option and wasn't disappointed! the Yorkshire puddings were better than you usually get in a pub (in my experience) and there was a generous amount of gravy (which is also rare, as my fellow Northerners know...!).oh and i had the Korean style chicken strips as a starter and they were gorgeous.

Amazing, amazing place! It was raining so we stayed inside. Beginning of June and the fire was on, creating a lovely, cozy atmosphere. We loved everything here: the big parking, the colorful display of flowers at the entrance, the fact that our 3 dogs were more than welcome by the staff. They received blankets, treats and a bowl of water. The food was so tasty and I was impressed with the size of the Yorkshire Pudding. I don't have words, so the pictures will hopefully do them justice.I haven't had such a delightful meal in a long time. The ladies toilets were so colourful, extremely clean, smelling lovely and having nice soap and hand lotion. The staff is so attentive, so careful, so accommodating. This is by far one of the loveliest places I have ever been.

Went yesterday. The food was very tasty and pretty reasonably priced. However it was busy (yeah we went on a bank holiday so kind of expected) but they only had 2 staff on floor and 1 on bar. They took pur drinks order fine then drinks took a bit to come and then we were sat there 30 minutes with menus in front of us waiting for our orders to be taken. We kept trying to get the attention of staff but none looked our way. We had to go up to ask them to take our order. The food did come quickly and was good quality. They then never came to check in on us or even take the plates. We then wanted to order pudding and again had to go and find staff to take our order. Pudding again was tasty and came quickly. Very highly doubt I will return as the waiting staff made us feel forgotten about and felt no one was in charge. A real shame.

It was nice enough, a chain pub restaurant, but definitely better than the likes of Weatherspoons or Brewers Fayre. My family mostly enjoyed what they ordered. I had the mixed grill. I asked for rare steak, in the hope of getting medium rare, but it was the wrong side of medium. The gammon was just a little too salty to eat. Everything else was average except the chips which were hot and crispy, very good.

Lovely setting and friendly service. With a nice atmosphere too. Food was well priced, but could have been better cooked. Would definitely go again for the ambience and service.

Celebrated a family birthday here. There was 10 of us, great menu choice with several specials on in addition to this. We all ordered different meals and they were well presented, served piping hot and tasted great. Didn't have deserts but only because we brought a birthday cake with us. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a lovely meal. They were running late with the food but the waiter was very apologetic and kept us informed all the way.As a gesture, they gave us some free drinks which we kindly accepted. It's not what goes wrong, it's more of what gets put right. We will be back and happy to recommend

Lovely place hidden away from the main road. Outdoor seating is surrounded by trees and greenery and it is very dog friendly (dog blankets, treats and water bowls available). Had a fantastic meal and the staff were lovely
