Beautiful fish and chips. Perfectly fresh fish and the chips are amazing. There was a queue but very well organised and we were soon at the counter placing our order.

Had a really nice lunch with my Wife and Son. Sitting out on the benches in front of the shop. The food was really tasty too.

Oh my goodness, I don't believe that, I rarely eat fish and chips, but this place made me addicted to come twice a week.Every thing fresh and tasty . It is super hygienic and very clean.Customer service is brilliant, I highly recommend every one to try this place.

We call here eveery time we come to Otley shopping as their Fish and chips wereawsome Golden brown chips with a really earthy potatoe taste and light crispy batter on quality Haddock,But been today and what contrast! Apparently new owners Chips pale, soggy , taste-less and greasy. Fish poor quality artificial tasting batter and a bitter fishy ater taste,Have gone from some of the best to the worst fish and chips ever tasted.Needless to say will not call again on any return visits,Woild like to know if previous owners have setup somewhere else , they rerally knew how to do fish and chips.

Without a doubt these are the best fish and chips anyone could wish for. Perfectly fries fish and the chips are amazing. Mushy peas to die for. It may sound all embellished but believe me they are worth a taste. You won't bother with the wetherby whaler and their prices ever again.

Me and hubby are regulars but the new fish fryer is useless. He always gets specials,so I thought I would have same for a change. Never will I get fish and chips from here again,unless the lovely guy called Kirk is behind the counter and frying the fish.He is fantastic and always cooks everything perfect.What a shame. Sorry about having to leave poor review,but the owner needs to accept defeat that the new fryer he employed, and still insists on keeping despite the damage being caused to his business.HE CANNOT COOK FISH. SIMPLE AS THAT.

I've just been looking at some of the reviews and I have to say I tried this company a couple of months ago and have been back since a couple of times. I think it's one of the best I have ever had. The chips are just perfect a also the fish - I can highly recommend.
