Venice Pizzas in Leeds

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 11.30. Didn't bother to deliver it. Didn't answer phone. Took my money and waved me goodbye. Could've been the best pizza ever. Didn't get chance to find out. Untrustworthy. Won't be using again.

Very poor.long time customer. Was given the night before meat.😠

Always been good for this kid! If you have a complaint why not try speaking to the establishment first rather than hating. I've had constant good food from Venice Pizza for as long as I have lived here and never a complaint has been made.

Absolutely shocking once again - it’s hit and miss all the time - always benefit of the doubt as somethings are nice and some stuff is just not great - once again speaking to the lad on the phone for ‘FRESH’ this Donnor is 100% not fresh !! Very dry and not much off !!!! Looks like a xheese pizza with little dog treats added on top 😞😞 not sure how your still operating and not losing money !!!

Absolute joke tonight. Placed an order at 12:45 am as the place wasn't shutting until 2:00 am. This is a takeaway that myself and my family have used frequently before but tonight they didn't even show up! Was really looking forward to a curry box and now it's past 2am and I'm still hungry. They accepted my order and didn't bother to cook my food. I will not be ordering from here in the future!

I have been ordering from Venice Pizza for a long long time... Recently it has dramatically improved. Over the years there has been very very occasional mistakes with missing items, and that's understandable considering we are only human.. However, in the last month Venice has just got better & better.." Amir "who takes my orders, has always been extremely polite and efficient.The delivery driver who usually delivers to me, is very polite & always has excellent manners (Apparently he had a couple of years break. Fast delivery, Excellent pizzas. Friendly staff when making order on phone. Delivery driver was very kind and polite. Even closed my front door to help me, as my hands were full with my food order.HE CLOSED MY GATE & WAVED SAYING "THANK YOU FOR YOUR ORDER, ENJOY".Wore Gloves & Face Mask respecting the COVID'19 RULES we have. I think Venice Pizza has NEW OWNERS because the food is miles better than before.The member of staff who answered my order was very friendly, (not like so many places who are bad mannered). The driver & his vehicle was very smart & clean. Giving me added confidence that any health risks involved right now, were respected. We used to be very regular customers but the service we had then, is light years behind where it is NOW. Definitely will be ordering again. 49 iveson riseTHANK YOU SO SO MUCH

Ordered on their website as it said it was delivering up to 1:45am. Order went through inc payment but nothing arrived and the website said it was still waiting to be cooked. Rang them today and they said the shut at 12:30am. I asked could they just send the order tonight and he rather rudely said ring the 0333 number and they will refund me then hung up.
