Yo! Sushi in Leeds

All freshly prepared in front of you but I found some of the key ingredients like salmon lacked the flavour of other smaller sushi restaurants, which gives the impression that they buy poorer quality products in bulk. Add to that the extortionately high price for a small bottle of beer and it all feels a bit average. Still a healthier option than some of the other restaurants nearby

Busy but didn't appear it from the outside. They recommend reservation which kind of goes against stand up and eat sushi places. Finally post covid it's not plates on belts, you have to order on the website and checkout each time with a automatically added optional 7.5% tip. Not as "fun" as it once was but the food is still good (but no unlimited water or ginger/wasabi any more)

I am giving this restaurant 5 stars. I am a wheelchair user and an assistance dog handler. When I entered the restaurant, one of the employees told me that they could not let my assistance dog into the restaurant due to sanitation. There was some confusion amongst the employees. A manager swiftly stepped in and informed them that legally assistance dogs must be accommodated. We were then immediately seated. Once we placed our order, the manager refunded our order and asked if we would like drinks (free) too. The restaurant took responsibility for their actions and, in doing so, makes me want to come back. I have had run-ins with restaurants before regarding my assistance dog and have never had a restaurant be kind enough to give me a free meal as a way to say sorry.

First time visit. Had a reservation and seated quickly. Polite and friendly staff. Food good and great value for money. Fun experience with granddaughter. Can recommend and will be returning.

I loved that it's now a fully cook to order menu. Everything was delicious, especially the chicken katsu curry. The staff were all very friendly and the service was fast.

As an 18 year old student I don’t think my standards are very high for service as I try to be understanding however the runner service was awful today. I had to ask more times than I can count for tap water after ordering it twice online, and then when I finally get it the next time I order it is the same issue, the server was just leaning against the side constantly, having a long gossip with her friend and considering she was the only runner on shift there just isn’t time for that. The restaurant was not busy and it’s just unacceptable for it to take this long, food was delicious but it just ruined the night to constantly be thirsty and have to put in so much effort for tap water when it doesn’t even need to be carried over to us. The server ‘Liv’ who was working on 13/01/22 at Leeds trinity yo sushi needs more training, a lesson in how to act while working, or a new job.[Edit]I’ve just been to go to the toilets before we leave and the bend round the conveyer in the restaurant is very very slippy to the point where it’s unsafe and a health and safety hazard. I thought it couldn’t get any worse but when I enter the toilets, there was no toilet roll in one of the cubicles and also no soap in the dispensers. Finally, the toilet roll holder was broken and was being held up by a chopstick.I think Liv needs a brush up on how to keep up with her Trail checks. Coming from a fellow waitress, this is completely unacceptable.

Loved this place ❤️. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. As a techie I was fascinated by how our food stopped automatically by our table...so cool. Can you work out how it happens? We had to ask!! Enjoy!;

Student discount available here. Great servise and delicious food. Great for antisocial people as you can have your own little booth and food is delivered on a conveyor belt.

I've never eat here before and was worried I wouldn't like anything, everything that was suggested to me I loved! Can't wait to go back!
