Zak's in Leeds

I'm just finishing my burger now, and I am more than 100% satisfied! Zak's special burger is hands down the best tasting burger I've ever had, delivery driver was lovely, everything is perfect. 10/10

Thats last time I order from them . You have to be pakistani to be served right .I payed £7 for a lamb dish and all I get just bones .

Absolutely fantastic food ordered first time from there lamb masala it's very lovely nice taste like that recommended for every one 👏👏

I have been here many times it a small place always busy food is good prices are affordable I will definitely recommend the tea served here.

Very nice food and very reasonable prices also very honest owners I lost some money a few hundred pounds and a few hours later realised my money was gone I rang them back and they said they have found a envelope with some money. It was really nice for their honesty. Thank you guys will be back soon

Worst food ever chicken was pink insideThe sauce was all mushy like rice pudding and will be showing pictures of the food that we paid £17.00 for that a chef has supposed to have cooked wouldn't even feed the food to a dog absolutely disgusting!!!!! ( wouldn't even rate the restraunt one star but had to to post this review)

Food was absolutely appalling and swimming in grease.. infact half of the content was grease. We then waited an hour & a half for delivery to come & when it hadn’t shown we decided it was time to phone them. We were told they hadn’t received our order (through their Zak’s app) as the app “hadn’t gone live yet” and was nothing they could do about it. Eventually they ended up agreeing that they would send our order after us having to show him proof of purchase AND order on the app (through screenshots)!!! Then finally 2 and a half hours of waiting, the delivery driver phoned me to tell me he was outside. When I went out to have a look he was not. A further 15 minutes was waited while he found my street...The guy that answered the phone when I rang to check where my order was, was also very rude!!Will Never order from here again!! Food was appalling, service was appalling & custom was appalling

DISGUSTING! Delivery from this restaurant.The food on arrival was cold, bags seeped in grease and Wrong orders. When ringing the restaurant to ask for advice regarding the quality of the food delivered I was spoken to in a very rude manner by the manager "Ladeen" and requested to send images of my order for "quality check". I did as the rude manager asked and got no reply. With no response i left my home to take the food to the restaurant where I was rudely met by the manager who I recently spoke to on the phone.The service inside the restaurant was even more disgusting than the food delivered.I was spoken too inside of the man riddled restaurant that made myself and house mates very uncomfortable to be informed that the manager wouldn't do anything except a 50% discount. I would not order from this restaurant again if it was the last food on earth. To then have to ring the very helpful just eat company to get a refundSo much as the customer is always right !!!NEVER ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT. Not even worth one star !!!!
