Tried returning a coat which had ripped on the second time of wearing it due to cheap material. I was told I couldn't return it, which would've been fine if the staff had managed to actually be polite and sympathetic about the situation. Incredibly rude staff and male manager, not even a smile.

Love this place but the queues for returns are unreasonable. 40 minutes to return a couple of bit is ridiculous. It's high time Zara did something to improve the system. Absolute shambles. It's not like there isn't enough staff, they just enjoy talking to each other a bit too much!

·

Staff are rude, unhelpful and purposely slow on tills. Store is tidy with good availability but have never had a good interaction with the staff.

·

Lazy and carless staff ever. Never coming again. None of the girls helping or getting the parcel . Came to pick up. Just standing there and talking amongst themselves. Don’t come here!!!

·

Shocking customer service. Staff has no clue what is happening in store. Long wait and the male manager the way he treats customers is extremely rude and patronising.

Wanted to buy a cardigan from here that was on sale, only to be told that wrong price tag was put on...manager then allowed a lady behind me to have her cardigan for the same sale price as my item!both our cardigans were same. When I questioned her, she said my item will be shipped back to Spain if it doesn't sell! So no real justification for what had happened.

·

Love Zara but not enough staff at the tills and had to wait ages to pay.

The branch manager is the rudest person I have ever seen! She refused to return pants saying that I have worn them which I have not! Then she left me and ignored me while I was talking to her! And in a challenging manner she said “go and call the customer services”! Very RUDE!!Ps. I returned the pants in a different ZARA store!

Very messy, hard to shop, items spread all.over the place. Not great for shoes shopping, they are everywhere 🙄 one need to walk about the full place to check what is available. As we live in high paced society it takes far too long to shop there

Ever so polite staff, A sale was on. It wasnt too busy but busy enough. The staff looked chilled as beans and I liked that. Helpful smiley people. Plenty of choice clothing wise and a few quirky items I just have to go back for.Changing rooms were clean great perfume.. i purchased the Ebony wood!👌🏾Totally happy to carry on shopping there. Thanks Zara!😊
