Loved it. They managed to fit us in when we walked in, food lovely, staff very attentive. Would highly recommend

Went here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The food was fabulous, hot, tasty & decent portions. A lot of the dishes are to share which we did.Great wine list & we enjoyed 2 bottles of the very nice house red. All 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. It has a busy, quite chaotic atmosphere and the staff were very nice.We will definitely come back. Also for a Tuesday night the restaurant was packed, so they are obviously doing something right.

An amazing dinner out! We made a reservation a week in advance. The staff received us were absolutely welcoming and friendly! The food was beautiful in presentation and mind blowing in taste. I would definitely recommend you try them out because I definitely will

Such fabulous food and a lovely team who work there too. We had the ox cheek risotto, rabbit, and sea bass and the tempura zucchini, and everything was superb. It's been a few years since I've been but the quality of food and service has stayed as high as it's always been.

We went for my birthday now it has reopened. Not a bad dish on the menu (ox cheek risotto and honey glazed shin the highlights). Will be back as there were a lot we didn't go for!

Great good firstly, that’s very important. Good service. We initially ordered too much and the guy taking our order said “there might be too much carbs ” and suggested ordering more later on if we still want it. He also suggested the order the food should come out and he got it spot on. Drinks good… good beer, a bit light on gin selection! Overall really great!!

First customer of the year when they reopened for lunch on Tuesday and a great destination. Headed there on the basis of the Good Food Guide and I would highly recommend it.A good layout and very friendly and professional staff. The food was amazing and the main of 'Ox Cheek, Pea + Grana Padano Risotto' was the stand out, with the ox cheek easily falling apart. The dessert of 'Frangipane, Chocolate + Pistachio Tart with Vanilla Ice Cream' also hit the spot.A great start to the year.

Nice atmosphere, food was mostly quite good. Took some stars off because 1) the portion sizes for the starters are shambolic for what you pay (looking at you, goats cheese crostini) and 2) we had like 3 people asking us if we wanted to drink something and making us feel awkward when we said no. Overall it was okay but probably won’t go back

Quite simply, one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever been to. This is no pizza and pasta joint - the dishes are innovative, modern, and the fish selection was exceptional. The range of wines and beers maintains the high bar set by the food, and the service is everything you’d expect from a family run business. I was visiting my son (at Uni) - and was so glad that we gave the standard city centre places a miss in favour of this neighbourhood gem. Go - you’ll not be disappointed!!PS. Great playlist...
