Asda Cafe in North East Lincolnshire

Good stocky of clothing for child and adult alike. Good food offera, affordable and reasonable. Quick check out for baskets and small shops. Quick self service assistance when needed, which was twice. Cafe looked decent but not tried. Good parking for parent and baby spaces and disabled spaces looked good. Toilets were clean. Id go back.

I got my self the best sausage roll of me life at the cafe then went shopping. I bought myself some coffee, sugar and another sausage roll. Of course me tiger as well.

bought a tiger from here the other day. it’s all going great but it did eat my pet genie-pig. definitely recommend :)

Cafe.Time : 17:30Date: 22/01/22Just tried to get a snack, toasted cheese and ham sandwich. I was told by Doris or Mavis, whatever her name is, she was not 'cooking anymore today the café closes at 6pm'. I pointed out it was 5:30 and a toasted sandwich was not actually cooking, but she still wouldn't oblige. I fully except that the café closes at 6pm,however the board says nothing about last orders for hot food is before the advertised closing time. The store itself closes at 10pm tonight, does that mean 'no shoppers' after 9:30pm, I doubt it somehow. On top of that 'Doris/Mavis wasn't wearing a mask, something I think asda are still promoting as' preferred'.

Absolutly shocked i order a pan set from online and got it delivered when the delivery turned up it was gin not pans 🤬 also i gave this item back to the driver who then said i will issue a refund it has been 5 days now and no refund i have just rang the help centre and apparently this refund has not been issued i would class that as stealing i hope the driver has had a nice time on the gin because i do have his name and it will be passed on to head office this is not acceptable

Did our shopping,we forgotten to get our milk so went back to self service after going back for milk, then sue at the self service checkout questions us about our shopping under the pram what we'd just brought,and said if you can't find your receipt we'll take your shopping of you I said check the cameras,acting Asif she's security or a poilce officer we felt so degraded as people were looking Asif we'd been stealing and we had our young kids with us I normally shop here most days I'll walk further upto Tesco from now on sue seriously needs some customer service training or sacking Ill never shop there ever again.also there's been another occasion where we brought shopping and put it under the pram the security lady with blonde hair stopped us saying about baby milk under our pram, which we never even brought baby milk so she had to radio back through telling whoever that we've not got baby milk, discrimination at its finest.

Love a good asda trip with the boys brilliant staff and amazing cookies. Would recommend over tesco. Ps that me

Online grocery order arrived 1 and a half hours before my chosen slot when I wasn’t home so I didn’t get my shopping. I spoke to 3 customer service advisors who all lied about the driver coming back and the store or driver contacting me to arrange this, none of which happened. I’ve since had my emails ignored and haven’t had a refund after 6 days.

Visiting this place for the first time I can't believe how big this superstore actually is! You walk in to a massive clothing department and then it goes from there! I literally think you can buy everything here so I can't add any more! I do think the store would improve with customer service.. I was in cleethorpes on holiday and I had to ask directions for a couple of items and even the lady at the till could do with some lessons! My local superstore in pudsey Leeds could offer some tips they are all so nice! I did happen to notice a Tesco superstore next door... keep your customers and get some good customer service!

Visited at 9PM and there were trip hazards down pretty much every aisle. As seen in the pictures it's not like there were any staff down these aisles sorting. Luckily someone didn't trip and fall.Other than that staff helpful found everything I needed, plenty of parking.
