Nice staff but chips were honkin. Shame as this used to be a good chippy.

First time I've ever ordered from Becketts and of my 37 years it's the best chippy I've ever had, ordered a large haddock and chips haddock really is large and the batter was really nice and crispy,and chips were yummy to.

I am glad the seafront chippies were closed. We stumbled on Becketts and were pleased we did. Cooked to perfection and at a fantastic price.

We normally purchase fish and chips from Becketts ; they make the batter crispy whilst the fish inside is soft and flaky.Service is good from the ladies.Sausages in batter are tasty too.Overall very happy and will continue buying from here.

Several years since I was last here, but the fish and chips were as good as always. And a very decent price considering the size of the portions.Takeaway only (March 2022), but the hope is the restaurant will be open again soon.

Went to Cleethorpes yesterday for a couple of hours with my wife and we decided to have fish and chips as we usually do every time we go. We had never tried Becketts but it had been recommended to us and they were the best fish and chips we've had in many years so it's my new favourite chippy go to.
