Went for tea, supposedly a new menu but to be honest the food was appalling.waited 40 minutes even though when we ordered, it wasn't busy, to be served overcooked cold food.had the chinese belly pork which was bland.won't be eating here again

We went for lunch at the Bradley Inn yesterday. Me and my partner both tried meals from the new menu and we could not fault our experience at all. The food was lovely and arrived in a good time. The staff were pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. They also now offer crayons and paper to draw on for kids which kept our daughter busy and having fun. Cant wait to try more things from the new menu.

Nice pub, quick service and cheap drinks. The food was great I had a Burger and it was cooked to perfection I would recommend

Elderly friend picked this place for her birthday lunch. Inside a bit shabby - the booth we sat in had a torn/worn seat. Ordered from 'Golden Years' menu - 2 courses for £5 or thereabout. Gammon, chips and peas was good for a light lunch and left room for the delicious caramel apple pie which came with ice cream and custard! Unfortunately one order was missed by the bar staff when ordering - it came about 10 mins after everybody else's- but was on the house as the bar staff immediately admitted she had forgotten to type it in. Would go again - but maybe not for my birthday!

The pint if Doombar Amber was fantastic but having eaten here twice now, I can't say I'd recommend it. The mixed grill with the upgraded steak was OK, but I could have got a mixed grill at a kebab shop with more meat, after all, that is the point of a mixed grill. That was my second disappointment with the food here, the first being they had run out of my first choice, the Doombar steak & ale pie with mash, peas & gravy.Unfortunately, that preferred dish is my third disappointment. The pie was not a man sized portion, everything was obviously pre cooked & subjected to nuclear irradiation in a microwave prior to being unceremoniously dumped in front of me.It was edible but I can't say any better than that. Military ration packs are Michelin rayed compared to the food here which is a shame as its a nice pub with good ale. Another downside is the bloody music, piped at a ridiculous volume into the "public bar" that carries straight into every other space.

Went in for a family meal had a large mixed grill was cooked to perfection, also had the chicken platter was a fantastic meal and great for the price that was paid,. Kids meals came out first as we had a starter which Amy came over and asked if we would like are kids meals with the starter. Brillaint Staff and the food is amazing. 3 times we have visited and we will definitely becoming in a regular basis. Sizzler head office should be proud of this pub and the team behind it.

I've been loads of times as it's pretty much our local for food, but I have to say that I wasn't impressed with food this time. Be a while before we drop in for a meal again.

Excellent, tasty breakfast. The evening meal I had was also enjoyable. The one pictured is £6.89. It makes a change to go into a pub that's part of a chain and have staff with personalities who speak to you properly, rather than the usual over-familiar robots who demand to know what kind of day you're having and sound like they've been programmed by marketing whizz-kids, who are fresh back from their course in America. The only negatives are if you're there alone, the two-seater table is in the middle of bigger tables (sit elsewhere if it's quiet). One evening I went there and was told I'd have to wait 1h for a table, but the next evening I was straight in. If you search for menus and opening times on a smartphone, it directs you to a sister pub in Birmingham, which differs slightly, e.g. it opens at 9am. This Grimsby one opens at 10am, which was fine by me, as I was in a hotel up the road.
