We wanted to go out for an easy tea. We originally went to the haven brewers fayre but due to unforseen circumstances they closed the restaurant, so we decided to go to the cleethorpes one. We're always greeted lovely and was given a table.I ordered at 18.01pm and was informed there was a 40 minute wait on food, to which I said wasn't a problem.Within 2 minutes of ordering my sons garlic bread arrived, yet it took about another 20/25 minutes or more for another starters to arrive... I spoke with Emma who was lovely and noted we had been waiting quite some time so went and chased our last starter. We then waiting another 40 minutes for our mains to which I had to chase up with Emma, she promptly sorted this and they were on the way out, we were all starving especially the kids.Emma compensated us with free desserts which was kind. If it looks busy and there's a wait on food don't stay.

Went for dinner on Sunday and it wasn't great. Waited over 1 hour for 2 burgers and to be honest were pretty poor for the price considering another local pub has burgers much cheaper and better tasting. We upgraded with unlimited refill drinks and they tasted more like water than anything else. Don't recommend I will not be returning anytime soon.

BrilliantThere was a big group of us and they did their very best to serve us all together. Food was hot and plenty of it and very reasonable at two meals for less than £10. Staff friendly and there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable. Excellent value please keep.it up as it was a pleasure to come out.

Stopped in for breakfast whilst staying in the Premier Inn on Saturday morning. The food was lovely and hot and very fresh. Lots of variety including all your typical ‘English breakfast’ options, pastries, pancakes, cereal and yoghurts as well as fruit. Drinks options were juices and coffee as well as water. Very satisfied with our meals, would come again!

Disappointed with the festive meal. Out of four of us, none finished the main course. Almost raw carrots, Yorkshire pudding very hard. Gravy was good!! We've been many times and were satisfied, but not so much today.

8 of us had lunch here today and we were very impressed. We all had the Sunday carvery except for one and I requested the vegan option, it was delicious and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They were so friendly and happy to serve us. Everyone enjoyed their meal and we will definitely revisit. I highly recommend.

Visited this restaurant for tea with my children. The food was out quick, warm and very tasty. The server, Martin, was brilliant. He was very friendly and professional when bringing our food out and did the mid checks to see if everything was ok. I did notice a few members of staff that were stood around talking while he was rushing around doing so much so a big thank you to him for a great service. I will visit again as it was an enjoyable meal.

We went 2 days in a row.We rang to book a table for both days(9th july 2021) first day it was quite, the place was clean only downside my scrambled eggs was stone cold.(10th July 2021) Second day it was very busy, after we waited about 10 mins to go and be seated they placed a sign the main front door to say they were full. We were taken to our table, the staff member told us that they were really busy. The staff were great and friendly both day that we went, clean place
