Elderly staff members attitude is disgusting … we come in regularly with other people who have dogs and who have dogs on the table especially puppies which we happen to have this day and was rudely told to put our dog on the floor not even a please or thank you… if your not happy in your job in a dog friendly establishment then you need to leave it sorry … the young girl was much kinder and politer we ended up leaving going elsewhere won’t be back.

Good place to come and have food and drink I was here just few months ago and felt a bit uncomfortable inside although the staff was great I kept being stared at by the locals and I had one member of staff also staring at me for some time before she moved into the back. Food and drink was very good and at great very good prices I would come here again as it's not far to walk to and from the cleethropes town center and to the pier and amusement park. The area isnt very good though it's a bit run down the area is but great little cafe

Food came quick and was cheap but it was a cheese salad sandwich and it came with no salad would have asked why but had a big queue bit odd as next table got there's with salad about 10 minutes later they were busy and kept tables clean and removed things quick

I've been using Brown's cafe for the last 45 years, I have seen it develope over that time and its one of the best sea front cafes you will come across, friendly atmosphere, great food and reasonably priced, its also in a great location for the train station and the local bus routes,

Big portions. Dog friendly. Food was served hot which is excellent. Can't fault it. Would recommend. And also. A bonus. Great price too.
