Burger King in North East Lincolnshire

It's ok but when we visited because I have difficulty eating I ordered just a plain cheese burger and chip's, whilst everyone else said there meal was "ok" my burger was only slightly warm and the bun was so dry it was falling apart and made it even harder for me to eat.So although I have always been a burger king fan I won't be going back here again unless they offer me a free meal for all my family.

Food is great but staff are awful. Been waiting 10-15 mins at the order point, nobody took my order, came to the window to be rudely told by an old lady that this is not where I should place the order.The old lady seems like she can't keep up with the number of orders and sorting them on time.

No soap in the toilets. Seats 'repaired' with duct tape. Food was okay. Just a very unpleasant place to eat. I would recommend drive thru only!

From the start the whole experience was horrendous. When walking in, the seats are all ripped, there is food all over the floor, the tables were filthy as were the seats. The staff had 0 customer service skills and we got the impression they hated their jobs and would rather be at home. So the meal, chips tasted of chemicals disguised in salt. All burgers were cold, so we send them back to have a replacement just as cold, so we take it back again for the staff to use the excuse the cheese is cold as is the bacon and the burgers are kept warm. No joke the cheese was like frozen. The lady was so rude about it when we questioned her and she said there not meant to be hot to our reply well we’ve never had a cold burger before, so they tried again and as we wanted to leave, we settled for the warm ish burgers. The gentleman washing up and cooking had 0 hygiene, literally dunking the pots in the water then chucking them on racks. Using his clothes to wipe up surfaces. Staff not cleaning tables and just putting chairs up on the tables. You could clearly tell the staff wanted to shut up and leave….almost as much as we wanted to. I genuinely believe the place needs investigating the staff need training would never return to this Burger King again… such a shame 1 restaurant could damage the reputation of Burger King. 0 star rating

Terrible by most standards. Dirty toilets, sticky floors, hot drinks unavailable. Staff wearing their own, clearly filthy, clothes. It was only 10ish(a.m.) I think, and that's what greeted us. Given the amount of foot fall, I strongly suspect it had not been cleaned science at least the previous day. Much like the top one particular member of staff was wearing. Gaffer tape holding the seats together, posters hanging haphazardly etc.I like burger king, but this place makes you feel like they just don't care about you as a customer, or even themselves for that matter. Absolutely nothing to go back for.I wonder what corporate world make of it?

BK's is normally a tasty burger, but had the Memphis burger at it was incipid, the staff were so unfriendly and about as helpful as a chocolate fire guard.The milkshake machine hasn't been in service for who knows how long, there were no hot drinks available on an ice cold day.The seats have all got some sort of repairs on then with orange gaffer tape.All round a really poor experience from a once good fast food restaurant.

Good food and very nice staff. The place itself is a dump, shame on you Burger King for not keeping this place upto scratch! The seats in this place are disgusting.

Visited this Burger King on Thursday 5th January 2022 ordered 2 coffees 2 Whoppers with fries, the place looked very grubby and unkempt but we thought it would be cooked fresh and hot.How disappointing the coffees were Luke warm the burger buns crumbled and the burgers were Luke warm and a horrendous taste.We didn’t complain due to the scruffy untidy staff, no heating in the place and felt if we complained it would become confrontational so binned everything and left within 10 minutes of arriving.This place is a disgrace staff wise food and grubbiness of the whole place.Would definitely not recommend or return. I have marked the score 1 which isn’t good enough as it would be minuses.

Love Burger King. But not this one. Food average. It was the wait. 1st of all they stopped taking orders as they was that far behind. Then when we could order it took 45 minutes for it to be ready. No apology. Staff also very rude(and slow). Safe to say I won't be going there again.

If i could give a no star rating i wouls Absoloutely diabolical visit today 6-11-21 Que'd for 20 mins to be served or shall i say ackknowledged 2 other Customers infront of me 1 disabled lady at the front walked out 5 people stood around (they'd been there 45 mins awaiting food already ordered) plus 2 very disgruntled just eat drivers 2 infact ask for a refund after waiting over an hour for there food At first 5 staff on the 2 dissapeared not to return one in the office texting on there mobile my whole visit 1member of staff doing ALL the food prep 2 just wondering around The one who served me had false eyelashes on that nearly touched the sky and pink nailpolish (Really in a food enviroment !!) And none of them had hairnets or hats on The ship was filthy and i dont say that lightheartedly Behind the counter the floor was coverd in cup lids straws and chips that had clearly been there a while After being stood at the counter 51 minutes the food that had been left standing for 25mins in the hothold was finally slapped in a bag when i told her we was sitting in she just shoved a tray towards me and walked off NO apology for waiting so long Well what can i say about the food apart from the chilli cheese bites (they were the only hot thing served) the food was inedible and COLD My whopper meal was def not a whopper it was a child size burger with cold non cooked i presume bacon infact it was a strip of fat in a dry bun Hubbys steakhouse burger was just a burger with a handful of soggy roquet in a dry brioche bun The chips that were meant to be large well dont even get me started on that one ! Soggy overdone onion rings overcooked chicken nuggets both cold Staff seriously need some Customer training and the Shop needs a hazard sogn for hygiene rating We will Never return again what a waste of £25.25 for 'food' we couldnt even eat
