Best Chinese takeaway in the area in my eyes, quality

Was a fast delivery but the food was VERY dry and the ribs were very small a £26 meal for what we had the food could have been better

Really nice food was fresh hot and very tasty The place was spotless Friendly Staff and very Covid secure

1.5 hours delivery 2.50 delivery charge 2 the willows3.60 for a bottle of pepsi 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣daylight robberyi wont be back again back to faiwong for us its better service anyway

Haven't been here since I lived in GY 20 odd years ago. Was back visiting family and thought we'd have a Chinese takeaway. The ones near us in Waltham and Scartho aren't too bad but unfortunately for them they're not a patch on Chelmsford Chinese, sorry. Exactly how I remembered the food from years gone past, SUPERB!! If it ain't broken, don't fix it. Highly recommended :-)Update 10/10/19 - My youngest has recently been diagnosed with wheat intolerance and Ben went above and beyond to find my lad something suitable to have for his dinner.As he loves Chinese food it’s difficult to know what he can and can’t have.Ben you’re a superstar!!

Normally food is fast delivery and hot .we ordered food at 5.31 sun night came at 6.45 .xkicken chow main cold chips warm chicken breast luck warm curry sauce warmish .ate it bec we was very hungry .disappointed .also had to ring to see where delivery was 😮.

The thin rice noodles in the chow mein are the best. Friendly staff and never had a bad takeaway here, been going over 5 years.

Wouldn't use any other Chinese since I was recommended to try this one about a year ago. Food always hot and quickly delivered. Keep up the good work.

Good food i have eaten chinese food after a very long time as i normally eat indian food but the last takeaway we had has put me off.

Tonight I, Ordered chicken Charmaine no veg and Charmaine was burnt and vile, only fit for the bin! So ended up just eating chips and curry sauce!
