Chicken Stop in North East Lincolnshire

Burgers are to die for real meat not that patty mush breaded garlic mushrooms were lush can sometimes over cook them only downside. Fast delivery everytime and food is always hot. Definitely will be our regular if we fancy a burger or two ☺️

I have 10 years experience working in a fast food takeaway so I know what I'm talking about. This is hands down the best burger place I've ever ordered from. Portions are extremely generous too! Staff are ever so nice and welcoming. The oil in the fryer is high quality and changed frequently I can tell and the chicken?! My vocabulary wouldn't do it justice it is absolutely beautiful

I asked for a hot dog! What would you say a basic hotdog and trimmings is? I'd say a bun, a hotdog, mustard, ketchup and fried onions, yeah? They don't do fried onion! They could do raw onion but fried, oh no!

Just ordered for the first time and would highly recommend, food loads better then the KFC, plenty to eat, delivery very quick, well done guys.

Chiken wrap is horrible they have been missing coleslaw wedges are not really cooked we are not goona order any more !

Meal came incomplete! , After ordering a burger meal It never came with chips As specified and when we rang up to try get the chips sent staff was rude and couldn’t even find our order. The worst part is after they said they would send the chips they never sent them. Defiantly wouldn't recommend. It was very disappointing tbh.

Best fried chicken in Grimsby/Cleethorpes. Without hesitation, Chicken Stop is better than KFC. Portions are massive. Quality of food is perfect and their milkshakes amazingly complement their crunchy chicken.

Well where to start? If giving 0 stars was an option then I’d go ahead and give 0 star.Just ordered from Chicken stop and had the food delivered.On delivery I received a soggy bag dripping with gravy. On taking my food out of the bag everything was covered in gravy where the lid hasn’t been put on the gravy properly, on further taking the rest of the food out I was faced with a 6 piece chicken on the bone family bucket meal (I ordered boneless chicken), I was also missing a portion of mini chips (the meal comes with 4 mini chips, I received 3).My partner gave chicken stop a call to be confronted my a very rude member of staff who shouted down the phone at her to ‘stop making excuses’ and that she has ‘clearly not read the menu properly’On taking the phone from my partner I was confronted by the same rude member of staff who proceeded to swear at myself down the phone and then continued on to threaten me and say he knew where I lived and he would be round.If this is the customer service given to customer then I highly recommend avoiding the place, as I will be from now on.

Me and my girlfriend first tried Chicken Stop few months ago and I must say it is our favourite by far, the service and the food is quality, the portions are very big and the delivery is always on time. Anyone who has never tried it, I urge you to as Chicken Stop in our opinion is better than K.F.C and we all now how good K.F.C is.. Thanks Guys! Carlo and Lisa
