Ember Pub & DIning in North East Lincolnshire

Good food from the kitchen who were quite busy. We had a party of 16 and the meals came out in rapid succession, although we had to pre-order because of the numbers. All in all a worthwhile experience

Excellent food, the meal deal on a Tuesday evening was fantastic value, £12.50 for 3 courses, the nachos starter was fab and the beef chilli with fragrant rice was superb. Would definitely go again and would definitely recommend a visit.

Starter was absolutely delicious, unfortunately it was the only thing that was. Ordered medium steak but it was incredibly well done so I couldn't really chew it, chips, peas and onion rings were lovely though. My cheesy garlic ciabatta was stone cold on arrival, making it sadly unappetising and my dessert wasn't available...service was good in all, lovely team.

Nice pub. Service was a bit slow. The lower bar was unmanned with no indication that a bar person would arrive. The upper bar had 3 bar staff all serving. Pretty much on the money here. If there had been some notice that the lower bar was closed I would have given at least 4 stars.

Payed for the food at 18:05 and didn't get the food till 19:16. No one said it was over a hour wait fof the food and what we had waited for was not all that. Not great food and not worth the wait. Can think of lots more better places to have food and not wait over a hour for. Plus better food for the money

Great pub. I wasn't sure what to expect. We went on a Monday and took part in the pub quiz. It was a lot of fun and a lot better organised than some pub quizzes I've been to in the past.Also has quite a large car park which is convenient

Had a rib eye that was absolutely spot on. Medium well with bearnaise sauce.Waiter was named Will who was kind and polite. After I asked, I found out it was Kim who cooked my steak.All while getting 50 percent off :)Will be back soon.

Attended for Christmas Dinner with my hubby and parents - food was exceptional. Meal was outstanding and the staff, as always, were very welcoming. During these uncertain times you made our day extra special, thank you 😊

Came for lunch yesterday and there was an event with reserved tables. There wasn't any signs and nobody told us about the tables until we were sat down and had passed some time. Also the person in charge saw me looking for the toilets and didn't bother to let me know where they were. Food is great but for those details I do not give 5 stars.

Met a friend for lunch. Shocking to be honest. I ordered a BLT baguette. Bread was dry. Bacon stone cold. Chicken lukewarm. Everything was tasteless. Plus I hate food served on a slate or board that’s too small and doesn’t sit flat on the table. My friend was treating me so didn’t complain. Coffee later was watery. Definitely not a place I’d go back too.
