Was a lovely place. The food for the wake was well presented.

Great food only bettered by the amazing team who work tirelessly to look after their customers. Special mention to our server Lauren H who looked after us all evening 🙂

I booked a table in advance for 7 and we were put in the play corner when other tables were empty We seemed to wait a long time for the meal and though the steaks were delicious the chicken and meat pie were not . Staff friendly but we were cold

Just had a meal. Very disappointed. Waited a long time for our meal. Gammon came with no pineapple and my husbands steak was very chewy and full of sinew. From Mr Robins.I really should have realised there was going to be problems when the family next to we're served the wrong dishes and when they did receive their order 3 of the party returned their food.I was not happy with my food and didn't complain until I was asked. When I explained as to why I was unhappy with the food the waiter offered to call the Manager. He did not show up so we left very disappointed.I feel like a stranger has just put their hand in my pockets and helped them selves to £30.

Garlic bread with cheese and bacon- top burnt and bread very doughyDoombar pie - little meat and crust thick and like concrete.Staff friendly and helpful but not enough of them, quite a wait to order.Loud music from the other room stifled conversation. Not a very good experience really.

Amazing service, staff are very welcoming and friendly. The food always tastes great, I could not recommend this pub more!

Very poor waiting time if they couldn't cope with the amount of people should have said how long food would be. Also stood at bar waiting for ages for staff to come and serve . One of the party had gammon and no pineapple was bought out with it. And gammon very salty . One of the party had doom bar pie and pastry was dry mash was like glue and a very small amount of gravy. I had mixed grill again salty gammon chips like bullets and steak was supposed to be medium well done and was rare also Diane sauce was peppercorn sauce. Also my partner had steak and also asked for Diane sauce and got peppercorn sauce and chips were like bullets. This was after an hour and 20 minutes waiting time.

Nice atmosphere and plenty of parking. Food good as you would expect from a Sizzler pub. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately no real Ales to speak of and not a great choice of largers. As a whole, a pleasant local pub.

Attended the pub last night for the England game. 5 star for the staff and this pub. The TV outside was brilliant with full volume as requested. The app worked smoothly, the drinks came out within minutes of ordering. Staff where so friendly and helpful, couldn't say enough about the pub. Will come again for sure. Special mention to the young lad called Adam, was his first ever shift not only in the pub but working at any pub! he did fantastic thank you Adam.
