Kebab House, Immingham in North East Lincolnshire

Lamb shish kebab next to no meat inside, next to no salad and the garlic and chilli sauce was nearly none existent.Very disappointed! One saving grace, what i did eat was tasty.

Waited over an hour and 40 minutes for two wrap meals. Was told the order had left the shop and turned up 30 minutes later after ringing up again. Food is stone cold. Chips were rock hard and inedible like they had been refried. No sauce in the wraps and also forgot the sauce pots. All the order went in the bin. Without a doubt the worst takeaway I’ve ever had.

Absolutely discussing service saying be there with my food 45 min to an hour 1 hour an half still not here work in the morning think I’ve got time to wait forget it tell me earlier I’d of got it picked up

Over an hour late,cold,rotton an food missing. Wont be using again.

Not happy with service this time , after using them for a while now the chips have mainly been hard but edable , over 1 3/4 hours waiting time , you would think out of curtacy they would ring and at least let you know their going to be a long time , then when delivery driver finally gets here and you pay him he has the cheek to ask if you want the change , last time I order with them.

Wouldn’t even give it 1 star but couldn’t do anything else. Waited 1 hour 15 minutes, live within a 2 min drive and it’s cold. Had to chase the order after an hour told had just left yeah not directly to me. Won’t be using you again disappointed. Always before been so good before now😤

Kebab was nice, calzone nice. Unfortunately I didn't specify I didn't want the sauce all over it so it came smothered. Missing garlic sauce for curly fries. Also, curly fries really soggy. Normally ok when we pick up ourselves. Also, if you want the free garlic bread make sure you specify.

For a long time this was our go-to takeaway. I think tonight could possibly have been our last order!? The past 3 or 4 times there has always been something missing from our order, a handful of times before that we were having to call to ask where our food was after an hour and a half. Tonight food was missed from our order again, when I rang up about it I was put 'on hold' for about 5 minutes, to then be asked did I want the food delivering or to just leave it? I didn't order and pay for the food because I didn't want it, did I?

Everytime I have gone to this place I've always had the best friendly service. The food is also really nice, the pizza is freshly made right in front of you too. It does take a little while to get your food compared to other places but still, it's the best pizza place I've found around this area.

I'm really disappointed as I have had some really good kebabs from here but tonight we popped in as a treat for the kids tea and ordered a 3 cheese pizza, garlic bread, chips and wedges.It had not long opened so I didn't expect the chips would be as old looking as they did, the garlic bread was smothered in tomato purée and as hard as cardboard, in my opinion, the box it came in looked more appealing.The pizza was a mass of cold dough, again smothered in tomato purée with a 'cheese slice' on the top!!A 3 cheese pizza should not contain Aldi's cheese slices! What a scam, the only saving grace was the wedges.Very very disappointing. They have just lost some good customers
