KFC in North East Lincolnshire

Never enough staff to meet demand, even to the point that they have to close walk-in ordering because of it. They don't even have a menu on the outside of the building to plan what you want before going through drive thru. To top this off the place isn't very clean inside when it is open. The staff that there are are generally friendly at least, and orders are correct most of the time after long waits.

Dropped in early afternoon today while my van was in the workshop. Service was ok as was the food. Used the toilets before I left and found the passage to the toilet was dangerously greasy underfoot and also noted on flushing that the gents loo was blocked.Reported this to a member of staff front of house who could not have been less interested.

Well, I'm not one for sharing reviews but I felt I must on this occasion! 45minutes wait before I received my order! When I eventually received it, it was the worst KFC I've ever had!Got it home, opened the bag and for some reason the bucket was split, just like it had been squashed! Greasy! The fries had loads of green and black, I asked for plates and forks, bearing in mind i ordered a 10 piece family feast they gave me 3 plates and 2 forks! I know it's not the best example of a KFC outlet but this visit was by far the the worst! I thought this was worth sharing!

Conveniently located with ample parking spaces and also drive thru takeaways! Clean restaurant and very friendly staff. Twister wrap is flavourful and fried chicken is cooked well still juicy! One of the good outlet to visit

We haven't been for quite awhileas we live a bit to far for it to be delivered, my other half has been on about having a take away for a while as l was passing she got her wish .It is very busy but placed my order and waited , the car parking is quite good the seating area was clean with a cleaner constantly tiding up. Back to the food eventually got it with an apology from the server got it home as good as we remembered even though it's got expensive but what isn't.Annoyingly it's on special as from tomorrow half price. 😢😢

Most of the food we ordered was great, but one piece of chicken still a little red inside so had to throw it out. Had taken food home so couldn't really be bothered to go back and complain.

Absolutely Poor Customer service, We placed an order this evening via Just Eat but as my daughter has dietary restrictions we wrote on the order for certain things to be missed off, but she didn’t feel confident that they would read the note so she actually rang the store to confirm that her request would be noted…. We received our order and with no regard to the Note attached or the phone call… how hard is it to follow simple instructions MORONS!! 😡😡

Very busy place. In commercial park just off roundabout on A180. The queue starts as for MacDonalds drive through queue then KFC queue peels off to its own car park. Place was clean and tidy. Staff very pleasant even when very busy.

The vegan chicken burger is absolutely terrible, never any salad in it and always overcooked.Shocking quality.Had to take it back because it was so bad. The manger tried telling us they don't do refunds.It's like reheated left over food.Really rubbish service.

Ordered online for collection, asked to scan QR code to receive stamp and was told this would be done on app. Checked app and it wasn't done. Asked for recipient and didn't get one. Even though I ordered to collect it still took 35 minutes to be served at drive through, then another 10 minutes for food, only to find they stuffed everything into one paper bag that split and my food went all over the car. Gravy all over the seats. The food I salvaged was cold and chips were soggy, chicken was cold. £20 for a boneless banquet that was wasted.
