Horrible food, absolutely disgusting, honestly don’t understand how is this place allowed to work and sell food to public. What a waste of money!

You speak to your lovely staff disgusting...the poor girl got an order wrong and didn't charge for cheese.hardly a crime and you was horrible to her...staff are there to help not to be spoken to like that 😡

Enjoyed the food from Luciano Pizzeria, carbonara pasta was nice just missing a touch of salt but that's easy to add to your taste palette. Pizza pepperoni tasted good although we hoped for more of an Italian experience as the picture on the website. Personally, I added some salad to go with pasta but I have seen there is side salad on the menu or caselaw if you like to order it. Overall tasty food, good experience with on-time delivery. Thanks, guys!

The food is always yummy and on time do warm . The lady delivery driver is so lovely even came with dog treats for my 2 choc labs. Amazing and so friendly x highly recommended

Wouldnt go again. Pizza was a bit nothing if im honest. Meat was sub-standard, cheap and tasteless. Pizza base was very thin and doughie. Chips were lifeless and like cardboard, cheese used on the chips was like fat not cheese. A terrible meal for £9 All in all a bad experience.

Sent me a platter instead of a pizza, when I rang up to tell them the manager was adamant I had ordered a platter even though I had the receipt in front of me saying pizza on it, told me it was my fault, very rude and arrogant, didn't even apologise. Will never order from these again and we were regulars before.

Chips were soggy and cold, blatantly cooked in old dirty oil and not cooked fresh for the customer. Donner meat was covered in thick grease, brown and dirty like tar. Burgers were thrown together and we're barely edible and that's the closest thing to a compliment I can give. Wouldn't have fed it to a dog. The customer service was absolutely appalling. The young girl that served us looked like she was bored to death and extremely rude. I won't be going here again. Don't usually leave reviews about places but I am that appalled in what they call "food" that I wouldn't want any one else to have the same shoddy experience I've had.
