McDonald's in North East Lincolnshire

I always love mcdonalds and order way too much to actually manage but the food is great especially for a convenient stop.

I would like to thank the staff at this site for the kind and professional help they gave to my wife on out visit this week. We were travelling from Blackpool to Grimsby for a funeral and my wife who is a portable oxygen user needed to connect to a 3 pin plug socket to enable her to Nebulise. We asked the staff if there was a point she could use and they were very helpful in sorting the issue out for us. Once again many thanks for your help.

Went through the drive through around 11.45pm was busy but through in no time. Quick and efficient.

Went for early breakfast. Fast service but the table hadn't been wiped clean so we did it ourselves. Loads of parking.

Worst McDonald’s I have ever had. Forgot the large fries had to go back seems to be every other visit they forgot something they have a the order on a screen how hard can it be? Also the bun on my burger fell apart because it was stale, the food quality very poor on many occasions. McDonald’s is cheap I get that still needs to be some pride taken in your work however. They was absolutely rammed the day I went no wonder the quality was awful cars waiting ages in the drive through and about 9 uber eats drivers waiting inside filling the car park so had to wait for that also.Awful experience

Waited 15 mins for 1 latte 1 hot chocolate and 2 apple pies. What i got was 1 frothy milk lyke warm, half a tepid hot chocolate and 2 barely warm apple pies. No customer service skills staff seem more intent on laughing and joking than doing what they are paid to do

Bought a couple of McFlurries here and was so pleased by the amount we got compared with the serving we got from the McDonald's at Cleethorpes (near the cinema). We've actually thought we've been given a child's portion in the past.......many times!

Drive-through- Terrible food & service. Burger literally thrown together, cold, no gerkhins. Fries were bland, dry & cold. No milk with the tea & no napkins provided. Won't be bothering again.

It would be better if they could have a team making food for deliveries and one for customers instead of getting all together and people coming to dine in, to wait longer then 15-20 min to have their meal... I'd rate more but this is is, also because they rush to make the orders and my burger come like a complete mess, bacon outside the box, fries (large) half of the box... and things like this

Visited here often as it is on the way to my work. They have never managed to get an order right, and I was once shouted at by a young lady taking orders at the drive through for 'beeping my horn' at her. When I arrived at the booth and politely informed her of my innocence I was met with a thousand yard stare and was asked "are you ordering owt then?". I have given 2 stars anyway as sadly this seems to be indicative of the type of service one receives at food outlets these days.
