McDonalds Grimsby Town Centre in North East Lincolnshire

Got a delivery for here and we'll the fries were anaemic and could have done with longer in the fryer and there was hardly any lettuce or mayo on the burgers, hot drink put in with the cold drinks so came cold.Will not be ordering from here again!

Got a Big Mac deal (99p) used the app for the first time. Worked no problem. Quite busy when I visited (just after 1pm) order came after a few minutes though.

Google advised this is a drive through. Not knowing the area and following directions based on this entry has proved extremely frustrating and pointless. Ended up going elsewhere. Massive fail McDonalds

A lot better then last time I went food was served quickly, staff where very polite and was only to happy to ask if I needed any sauces etc......well done pink haired girl you made my visit a lot better the my previous one 👍🏼

Online delivery has ruined this restaurant. Wait times are longer and the menu is smaller than ever. Other mcdonalds in Europe have a much more diverse menu and the food is still fast because they don't mess about with online orders which are often given priority for service like here. The online side should be operated from a separate location to bring back the choice and service we all got used to in the past

Stopped in as we were hungry and didn't have time for a sit down restaurant before a show.We ordered at the screens (handy) and waited alongside all of the deliveroo drivers. We had to wait a little while as my partner ordered a Veggie burger which had to be cooked from scratch, but in comparison to a restaurant I suppose it's still fast food. The lady behind the counter also reassured us that the food was on it's way, and explained why it had taken a while (we must have looked hungry I suppose).We tried to sit on recently cleaned seats but the lady cleaning asked us to sit in an alternate place as she was trying to close off that corner. She asked politely and seemed a nice lady so we didn't mind.The food was standard maccies and kept us going for a few hours.

Shocking, ordered Uber eats wrong food came, dips weren’t in there, another time my friend orders a drink and it’s not even half full, and orders medium fries gets such a little amount that a small fries would probably have more. Poor from this franchise step it up…

This morning, I was very busy and only had half an hour before I had to travel somewhere. Me and two others decided to catch a quick breakfast at your Grimsby Restaurant. However, I was waiting for 20 minutes, I understand you are busy, but the other two had already been served while I was still waiting an unusual amount of time.However, your efficient and we'll majored employee: Lily, tall and blonde hair, overheard our urgency to leave and quickly checked on my order and brought me my food almost instantly after checking what was taking so long. Some would not have done this and I would have been waiting even longer, potentially having to leave and waste money. I appreciate this service and efficiency. Well done. 5/5 service from Lily

Very clean environment and extremely welcoming staff. Order was fast considering how busy they where, and food was warm and what I ordered. Cannot complain will be visiting again ☺️
