Morrisons, Grimsby in North East Lincolnshire

Food ok but would not recommend food not very hot .

My boyfriend came here last week we had cake and two hot teas very nice we both found the cafe clean and well laid out tables. Although it took us a while to get staff to serve us we waited more then 15 mins to be served I know it's not the staff fault at all but at least this time round we had clean cups and plates would come back to morrisons again next time for breakfast

Would not eat here again ...I had scampi chips and peas (horrible) ...my hubby had the breakfast it was absolutely swimming in grease never again

The food was ok and the prices are good, but there is a lack of staff. On a Saturday lunchtime it was predictably busy, yet there was only one lady on tables and one lady on the till. They were over-stretched which resulted in no kids sandwich packs available, hardly any cold sandwiches, no cutlery, no ketchup and lots of dirty tables. Felt sorry for the staff.

we called in on the first day the cafe was open as the Covid restrictions lifted a bit.The way the cafe operated was brilliant. the staff looked after us both and directed us through the new systems in place.We had a brilliant smoked salmon avocado salad and drinks.All ran very smoothly and felt at ease.Sophie and her colleagues have worked hard to help the visitors to the cafe.Well done and thank you.

Superb breakfast menu, good prices too. 7 items, freshly cooked..£3:75.. beat that? Get there early for a nice quiet read of your paper too 🙂👍

Reasonably priced good food and friendly staff. Very popular at lunchtime and weekends so wait times can be alot longer than usual.

We had a delicious meal , my husband had fish n chips, the fish was very fresh, lovely and white , lightly battered, i had scampi n chips , the chips where crisply, not at all greasy ,The lady who brought our meal was lovely, very friendly, she asked if we had everything and said enjoy your meal . Highly recommended.For me it is the best supermarket and I love the Nutmeg range of clothing.

The store is very nice, we decided to have lunch in the cafe, we both had a roast chicken dinner, the meals were nice, the staff were very helpful but very young, they need extra training or supervision in their duties, there were plenty of empty tables to choose from but unfortunately were still occupied by the remains of meals or covered in crumbs, the floor was covered in crumbs too. I asked the waitress if she could wipe our table, she did it straight away, while we were eating another customer grabbed a cloth next to the till and wiped her own table, this is all down to lack of supervision

Love "market street". The selection of fresh produce is great.The fish always looks first rate as far as freshness, and variety.The fruit and veg is llooks really nice and very fresh. With a better choice than most supermarkets.They are embracing the idea of "wonky veg"Good for them. These are how veggies used to be when it was bought from green grocers.The meat counter; another great selection of prime cuts of meat.
